À la signaturedu contrat, l’entrepreneur devra fournir les documents suivants pour la période ducontrat : 1) lacouvertured’assurancepourdommagesà lapropriétéainsi que lacouverture d’assurance responsabilité civile (5 000 000,00$); 2) la couverture d’assurance de la "otte automobile (2 000 000,00$); 3) si applicable, un certi!cat de décharge de la Commission de la sécurité professionnelle et de l’assurance contre les accidents et 4) tout autre document autorisant à o#rir un tel service dans la province de l’Ontario. Call forTender Towing and relocation of vehicles Sealed tenders clearly marked as to contents will be received by the undersigned until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2015 for the following contract: To provide the services of a towing company to relocate to a municipal parking, the vehicles obstructing the snow removal operations during winter snow falls. Upon signing the contract, the Contractor shall provide the following documents for the term of the contract: 1) insurance coverage for property damage and liability insurance coverage ($5,000,000.00); 2) insurance coverage of the vehicle "eet ($2,000,000.00); 3) if applicable, a Certi!cate of Clearance from the Workplace Safety Insurance Board and 4) all other documents allowing them to operate within the province of Ontario. Tender forms and the complete description of the contract are available at the municipal o$ce or by email. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations received and to determine in its own best judgment, the best quali!ed contractor.
