“OFF THE WALL” MONTHLY FREEWRITE SESSIONS with Barbara Swift Brauer
HOLIDAY CAMP Need coverage during school breaks? Give your child a holi- day filled with fun, friendship, creativity, and adventure at our Holiday Camp! Designed for TK–6th grade students, our camp offers a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where kids can stay active, make new friends, and enjoy exciting hands-on experiences while parents enjoy peace of mind. Each camp day is packed with enriching activities including creative art projects, indoor and outdoor games, gym time, team-building activities, and healthy snacks—all led by our car- ing and experienced staff in a welcoming community setting. Our Holiday Camp programming also includes local field trips, giving campers the opportunity to explore the community, discover new places, and add even more adventure and variety to their camp experience. We can’t wait to spend the holidays learning, playing, and making memories together!
Join us for 2 hours of carefree, stress-free creativity! We write for a time, then have the chance to share what we’ve written, and write again. No judgment, no expectations. Just fun! Optional prompts provided, including inspiration from the amazing art on exhibit each month in the Center’s Del Mue Galleries. All ages, all experience levels welcome. Our year-round program has sessions beginning in Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring each year. We of- fer continuing opportunities for youth to engage in new learn- ing environments. Middle School and High School students are eligible to apply for Internship A (20 hours/volunteer) or Intern- ship B (20 hours/paid stipend of $200 for 6th-8th & $300 for 9th & up) if you have previously completed Internship A. Patty’s Somatic Therapy helps you gain prac- tices and strategies to make you feel better. In class you will learn to self correct and be more mindful of your movement, alignment, and posture. You will build strength to allow you to function daily with decreased pain and inflam- mation. You’ ll also learn to self regulate anxiety and stress by incorporating breathing practices to calm your nerves and relaxation practices to help sleep easier. If you play Mah Jongg, we have a group for you! Join local players to play American Mah Jongg using the 2025 NMJL card. We now have three weekly groups on three different days, based on level of experience. If you want to participate, please get on our play lists by emailing Sarah Brewster.
