In the ancient world, a woman’s soul was known as her juno . Color resonance: wear blue, gold, and/or white. Bring an altar item to recharge during the ceremony. The Goddess Circle meets the second Thursday of each month. Each month we will honor a different goddess.
MAT PILATES WITH PROPS with Allegra Gibson
This is a mat based, back safe pilates class using props such as foam rollers and thera- bands. Great for anyone wanting to increase strength, range of motion, flexibility and quality of daily life. We will integrate breath and movement with proper body mechanics using and challenging your core. I teach the original Cheng Man Ch’ing Yang Short Form that I have learned over 45 years of study un- der Master Pang Jeng Lo.
