Essence will ignite or rekindle your inner music star, using breakthrough tools from a lifetime of singing, songwriting, recording and performing on stage. Learn healthy vocal and performance techniques. Play your favorite songs on ukulele or guitar, even if you’re new or haven’t touched an instrument in years. Unlock your creativity to write your own original songs. Sing, laugh, share. Meet new friends and collaborators as you watch stage fright vanish and barriers fall! MAT PILATES WITH PROPS with Allegra Gibson
This is a mat based, back safe pilates class using props such as foam rollers and thera- bands. Great for anyone wanting to increase strength, range of motion, flexibility and quality of daily life. Staying Healthy This Season As winter continues, a few key reminders can help protect our com- munity: • Avoid foraging or eating wild mushrooms. • Seek immediate medical help if mushroom poisoning is sus- pected. • Stay up to date on vaccinations. • Practice good hygiene and stay home when sick. • Make sure children are current on routine vaccinations, includ- ing rotavirus. By staying informed and taking preventive steps, Marin residents can continue to enjoy the season—both outdoors and at home— while keeping themselves and their families safe.
