Strategic thinking and planning: • Lead the development of operational plans to support University technology and enhanced learning for both teaching and learning. • Create an ongoing operational project plan for the delivery of technology enhanced learning systems, processes and best practice. Ensuring strategic aims can be translated into practical and achievable operational plans. • Lead staff development to ensure an agile, flexible team that can deliver business requirements. • Develop Key performance indicators to measure the success of all elements of operational plans, and report on this to the Operations board, providing recommendations for further development. Leadership: Contribute to the: • Development and support of a senior management team committed to the University vision, values, standards and quality; • Initiation and management of change in pursuit of the Universities strategic objectives; and • Building and support of a high performing Media & Technology Enhanced Learning Operations team.
