This first Swiss Triple Impact (STI) Impact Report reflects on five years of collective progress toward a more sustainable and resilient Swiss economy. Against a backdrop of global uncertainty and evolving business expectations, the report showcases how over 550 companies have turned sustainability into a competitive advantage through STI’s practical 3-step approach—Prioritise, Structure, Transform. Combining data, insights, and success stories, it celebrates the companies and partners driving meaningful change and demonstrates that purpose-driven business is not only possible but essential for the future.

Editorial
Holding course, together No society is measured by the scale of its turbulence, but by the quality of the bonds it manages to preserve when everything falters. 2025 was a year of trials: a brutal geopolitical reshuffling, marked by the resurgence of open conflicts and the erosion of multilateralism, the dizzying acceleration of generative artificial intelligence, disinfor - mation that has become an industry, and a democratic fatigue that reaches even into our closest circles. The opening months of 2026 have only confirmed how costly retreat would be today, the most expensive renunciation of all. Behind these tensions, one truth becomes clear: institu- tions, businesses and citizens now form a single fabric, whose resilience depends on the trust each of us agrees to weave with the others. This is what we have endeavoured to embody this year, alongside the 800+ organisations engaged in the B Corp movement in Switzerland, and through the launch of the Swiss Impact & Prosperity Initia- tive. 2026 will be a decisive year. We enter it with one convic- tion: the time has come to rethink leadership. Impact
metrics, however essential, are not enough. It is people who change systems. This is the whole purpose of the playbook Moral Ambition in Leadership — From Vision to Action with the 7Cs, published this year, and of the compass it offers: Confidence, Consideration, Collabo - ration, Constancy, Credibility, Courage, Creativity. Seven inner demands which, when allowed to deepen together, bring forth the coherence our organisations most need. This playbook would not exist without the collective intel- ligence of the B ecosystem, those leaders, women and men alike, who in Switzerland and beyond have shared their doubts, their wins and their lessons over the years. Our sincere thanks to them: they are the true source of this ambition. Three commitments shape what comes next. To turn companies into genuine infrastructures of trust that measure human, ecological and democratic prospe- rity beyond GDP alone. To recognise that the defence of truth has become an economic function, in an age where machines produce discourse faster than we produce meaning. To carry the just transition as our best collec-
tive insurance, at the shared table of businesses, citizens and public authorities. Switzerland has the rare privilege of being both small and listened to. Let us make of it a living laboratory for rege- nerative economics, and the proof that shared responsi-
bility remains the shortest path to prosperity. To all who walk this road with us: thank you. The work begins now.

At B Lab Switzerland, we work to transform the role of business in society through four pillars that define our Theory of Change: education , certification , policy change , and impact management . We train future leaders, support businesses through programmes like the Swiss Triple Impact programme and B Corp Certification, and collaborate with academics to ground our work in research. By driving collective action and advocating for policy change, we aim to shape a market infrastructure that supports impact. Our tools and methodologies help companies measure and improve their performance, contributing to a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy. Together, these pillars reflect our commitment to building a global movement where business is a force for good.

On 8 April 2025, B Lab published its new standards of B Corp Certification, marking its most significant evolution in the organization’s 19 years of history. These new standards are replacing the cumulative scoring system with mandatory requirements across the seven impact themes: governance, climate action, human rights, equitable work, environment and collective engagement. In 2025, the B corp businesses have started their transition towards these new standards, that they will need to fully integrate before their next recerti- fication. Continuous improvement is at the heart of these new standards: businesses will need to demonstrate their progression through time, with milestones at 3 and 5 years. Swiss Impact & Prosperity Initiative (SIPI) 3 | A Collective Voice for Policy Change | Swiss Impact & Prosperity Initiative (SIPI) In January 2025, during the week of the World Economic Forum at the SDG Tent in Davos, B Lab Switzerland and InTent launched the Swiss Impact & Prosperity Initiative (SIPI). More than 180 leaders came together to explore a fundamental question: how can Switzerland redefine prosperity beyond GDP? 2025 marked the development phase of the initiative. The Sounding Board and the Scientific & Technical Council were established in May, followed by the annual SIPI Forum in Bern in August, Transformative Finance Coalition workshops during Building Bridges in Geneva in October, and the Swiss Impact Forum in Bern in November. Representatives from science, business, government, and civil society helped shape the framework. In January 2026, our Rewiring Switzerland for a Net-Positive Future Forum, organized with InTent during the World Economic Forum, opened the next phase. There, cross-sector leaders committed to pragmatic actions for 2026-2027. The latest updates can be discove- red on the website www.impact.swiss.

The Swiss Impact Forum 2025 edition
The fourth edition of the Swiss Impact Forum, held on 12 November 2025, brought together more than 450 leaders to collectively explore what a new vision of prosperity could look like and how businesses can help make it real. The theme of the day was set by keynote speaker Timothée Parrique, economist and author of Slow Down or Die: The Economics of Degrowth, who challenged the audience to move beyond carbon tunnel vision and rethink the very foun- dations of our economic model. His talk, Prosperity Beyond Capitalism, sparked honest conversations about what it truly means for a business to thrive within planetary boundaries. Voices from banking, coffee, and sustainability certification came together in the flagship panel Prosperity for Long- Term Success, moderated by Michaela Reimann (Visiona- lity / Basel2037), with Kim-Andrée Potvin (Banque Bonhôte), Kathrin Amacker (Fairtrade Max Havelaar Switzerland), and Jérôme Perez (Nespresso Global). Together, they explored how regenerative practices, transformative capital alloca-
tion, and human-rights-focused initiatives can redefine what success looks like — asking not just «Is it profitable?» but «Does it build resilience? Keep us within planetary bounda - ries? Strengthen social cohesion?» The forum also celebrated innovation and impact through the first Swiss Future Award ceremony, organised in partnership with the Petram Foundation, recognising three pioneering companies: Luya (Environment Award), Deeplink (Innovation Award), and Kompotoi (Public Choice Award). This fourth edition reaffirmed the power of collective action and the shared commitment to building a more sustainable and prosperous Switzerland.

8 | Looking into 2026 | Ambition 2026 Ambition 2026
This ambition will be guided by strong leadership, driven by a moral impe- rative and firmly grounded in evidence and facts. It is this same compass that will guide our commitment to cutting through the fog of misinformation that clouds our societies today. Without reliable information, there can be no informed decisions, no healthy democracy, and no sustainable economy. Let us stay connected. Let us take the time to come together, engage in dialogue, and share best practices so that we can continue to learn and improve collectively. For it is through the quality of our conversations, and through the measurement and sharing of reliable information, that lasting transformations take shape. The challenges of our time remind us of this with urgency: if one world is coming to an end before our eyes, another is being born. And it is with determination, clarity, and shared trust that we will build its foundations. So, what role will you choose to play in this transition? Join us: engage your organisation, share your practices, measure your impact, and make your voice heard. Every decision matters, and every actor has the power to make a difference. To all those who walk alongside us; businesses, citizens, institutional partners, and members of the B Ecosystem. Thank you. Together, we will shape 2026.
20 Years of the Global B Lab Network In 2026, the global B Lab network celebrates its twentieth anniver- sary. Twenty years shaped by committed business leaders deter- mined to redefine the meaning of performance and put it at the service of a true stakeholder economy. What began with 81 pionee- ring companies in 2006 has grown into a movement of more than 10,700 Certified B Corps across 104 countries and 162 industries, employing over one million people. This anniversary is not a cele- bration of what has been achieved, but a recognition that the path forged over the past two decades has become a shared necessity.

8 | Looking into 2025 | Closing Thoughts
As we reach the end of 2025, we also bring one chapter to a close. The more than 800 organisations engaged in the B Corp movement in Swit- zerland, the launch of SIPI, and the publication of the playbook The Moral Ambition of Leadership: the preceding pages have outlined their signi- ficance. Each of these milestones confirms a simple truth that our team witnesses firsthand: systemic change cannot be mandated; it takes time, commitment, and persistence to achieve. 2026 will be a year of transformation for the B Lab Switzerland Founda- tion. A new mission is expanding our scope: alongside certification and impact measurement, we are taking on the active defence of informa- tion integrity. The way information is produced, shared, and transmitted reflects the aturity of a society and its citizens. It is this maturity that we seek to serve. Our gratitude goes to the B Ecosystem, our partners, our supporters, and our team. Without their commitment, none of this work would be possible. Misinformation no longer seeks to persuade; it seeks to exhaust. Our task is to make certainty useful. Closing Thoughts
