Also included are a double-height general-purpose hall with associated kitchen and stores, and staff facilities, administration areas, toilets and storage, with an enclosed first-floor link corridor connecting to the existing school. External and infrastructure works completed by Woodvale Construction covered the reconfiguring of vehicle and pedestrian access, new bus drop- off zones and circulation routes and 54 additional car parking spaces including accessible and bus spaces. External ball courts and SEN hard and soft play areas were delivered alongside extensive hard and soft landscaping across the campus, while the contractor also installed stormwater attenuation systems, a new wastewater treatment plant and water storage infrastructure, as well as diverting existing ESB services. The project was delivered through a carefully-planned phased programme, enabling the existing school to remain fully
operational throughout construction. Phase 1 was successfully completed in December 2025, delivering the new permanent school building and associated primary infrastructure. Phase 2 was completed in early 2026 and included the remaining external works, landscaping and final campus enhancements.
