Cubicle system & IPS panels
JP Corry supplied a complete floor-to-ceiling toilet cubicle system, alongside integrated plumbing system (IPS) panels designed to conceal pipework and cisterns behind each cubicle. The cubicles create a contemporary, high-specification finish while providing enhanced privacy and a seamless architectural look. The project demonstrates how thoughtful design and quality materials can transform a practical space into one that reflects the overall quality of the building. Collaboration was key to its success, with JP Corry working closely with the main contractor from planning through to installation to coordinate the programme and resolve any technical queries. Gary Henderson, Contracts Manager, says, “The installation required careful planning and precision. The floor-to-ceiling panels were large and heavy, making installation particularly challenging. In addition, the cubicle system had to integrate seamlessly with existing building services, including sprinkler heads and lighting. “To ensure a perfect fit, every ceiling obstruction was identified and incorporated into the production drawings before manufacture commenced. This meticulous approach meant the panels arrived on site ready for installation, helping to minimise delays and maintain programme.”

Formwork, steel fixing & concrete placement Form Builders Ltd was contracted to deliver formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement for the project, including the positioning of high- level concrete beams requiring complex temporary works for support during the construction process.
