NAACP Gloucester Branch Pathways to Leadership is a civic‑education initiative designed to strengthen public understanding of how local government functions and to encourage broader community participation in the decision-making processes that shape Gloucester County. The program is a series of ninety-minute seminars featuring our locally elected officials and government leaders, who will share information about their roles and responsibilities.
