السرعة تلتقي بالراحة قطارًا للركاب. وتبلغ 13 يقف في صميم هذا التحول في منظومة النقل أسطول حديث يضم كيلومتر في الساعة، فيما تتسع كل رحلة لما 200 السرعة التشغيلية القصوى لهذه القطارات راكب. أما في الداخل، فقد صُممت العربات لتوفر تجربة راقية تناسب الرحلات 400 يصل إلى بين المدن، ل مجرد وسيلة للتنقل اليومي لمسافات قصيرة. وتقول عزة الســــــويدي، نائبة الرئيس التنفيذي لشــــــركة قطارات التحاد: “ندرك أن الموثوقية هي العامل الأهم بالنسبة إلى مستخدمي وسائل النقل اليومية. ولهذا توفّر قطارات التحاد رحــــــلات يمكــــــن للناس أن يبنوا عليها خططهم بثقة، وتمنحهم وقتًا حقيقيًا يمكن اســــــتثماره، بدل من أن يضيع في الطريق.” وبالنســــــبة إلى رجال الأعمال والمســــــافرين لأغراض العمل، يتحول القطار إلى مكتب متنقل بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى. فشبكة الإنترنت اللاسلكية، ومنافذ الطاقة المتوافرة عند كل مقعد، والمقصورات الرحبة المصممة بعناية، تتيح للمسافر متابعة رسائل البريد الإلكتروني، وإعــــــداد العــــــروض التقديمية، وعقد الجتماعات الفتراضية، وهو ينتقل بسلاســــــة بين أبرز المراكز القتصادية في الدولة. ول تقف هذه التجربة عند حدود القطار، بل تمتد إلى المحطات نفسها، التي تعكس المفهوم متر مربع 51,900 ذاته من الجودة والراحة. فمحطة الفجيرة الجديدة، الممتدة على مساحة فــــــي مدينــــــة الهلال، تضم صــــــالت انتظار رحبة، وأجهزة دفع ذاتيــــــة، وخدمات اتصال عالية السرعة. ومع اكتمال مراحل المشروع، ستغدو هذه المحطات وجهات نابضة بالحياة، تحتضن المقاهي الراقية، ومتاجر التجزئة، وتجارب التسوق. حلقة الوصل الأخيرة تواجه شــــــبكات الســــــكك الحديدية الوطنية في مختلف أنحاء العالــــــم تحديًا متكررًا يُعرف بـ“المرحلــــــة الأخيــــــرة”، ويتمثل في الكيفية التي ينتقل بها الراكــــــب من المحطة إلى وجهته النهائية. وقد تعاملت شركة قطارات التحاد مع هذا التحدي منذ البداية، من خلال النظر إلى شبكة القطارات بوصفها العمود الفقري لمنظومة نقل متكاملة، تتضافر فيها وسائل التنقل.

Previously modest inland areas are rapidly transforming into highly attractive, accessible residential hubs for ur- ban professionals, driving up localised land values. This infrastructural shift is translating into premium market appreciation. وقالــــــت عذراء المنصــــــوري، المدير التنفيذي للقطاع التجاري في شــــــركة قطارات التحــــــاد، في تصريــــــح لصحيفة “غلف نيوز”: “في قطارات التحاد، ل تبدأ الرحلة بالقطــــــار ول تنتهــــــي عنده. فقد خططنا بعناية لكيفية وصول الركاب إلى محطاتنا، ســــــواء عبر الحافلات المخصصة، أو شــــــبكات الحافلات العامة، أو سيارات الأجرة، أو خدمات النقل الذكي.” وقد صُممت كل محطة لتتكامل مع شــــــبكة النقل العام في الإمارة التي تقع فيها. فعلى سبيل المثال، سترتبط محطتا جميرا جولف إستيت وميدان مستقبلا بالخط دقيقة فقط من مطار 12 الذهبــــــي لمترو دبي. أما محطــــــة الفجيرة، فتقع على بُعد دقائق من قلعة 5 دقائق من كورنيش شــــــاطئ المظــــــلات، و 6 الفجيــــــرة الدولــــــي، و سكمكم التاريخية. تحول اقتصادي يعيد رسم المشهد ورغم أن تجربة المســــــافرين تستأثر بمعظم الهتمام، فإن الأثر الحقيقي لقطارات التحــــــاد يتجــــــاوز قطاع النقل، ليغدو محركًا اقتصاديًا يســــــهم فــــــي تعزيز تكامل القتصاد الوطني. وتشــــــير التقديرات عن أثر اقتصادي ضخم، إذ يُتوقع أن تحقق
