Musahamaat Fikriyya – Constructs of Creativity
تميــــــزًا في المصنوعات الجلدية لدى الدار، وشــــــاهدًا علــــــى إرثها العريــــــق في صناعة الســــــروج. أما أوشحتها الحريرية الشهيرة، فتــــــزدان بصــــــور الخيــــــول، والفرســــــان، والســــــروج، والعربــــــات، فيمــــــا تســــــتلهم مجموعات المجوهرات والأزياء من عناصر مثــــــل الــــــرِّكاب واللُّجُم، والقطــــــع المعدنية للشــــــبكات والصدريات، لتعيد تقديمها في تصاميم معاصرة تنبض بالأناقة. وإذا كان ثمــــــة مــــــكان يختــــــزل العلاقــــــة الاســــــتثنائية التي صاغتهــــــا هيرميس مع عالــــــم الفروســــــية، فهو مشــــــغلها لصناعة السروج حسب الطلب، الذي ما زال مزدهرًا حتى اليوم. فكل ســــــرج يحمل توقيع الدار

Hermès’ first bag in 1892, Haut à Courroies, created to carry riders’ equipment, pro- vided the blueprint for what would later become the Kel- ly and Birkin bags. Saddle stitching, developed to with- stand the stresses of equestrian equipment, remains a hallmark of Hermès leather goods. The house’s famous silk carrés frequently feature horses, riders, saddles and carriages, while jewellery and fashion collections rein- terpret stirrups, bits and harness hardware as elegant contemporary design elements. هيرميس على يد 1837 تأسســــــت هيرميــــــس عــــــام تييري هيرميس، كورشة لصناعة السروج والأطقــــــم المخصّصة للعربات التي تجرّها الخيول، والتي كانت آنذاك وســــــيلة تنقّل نخبــــــة المجتمع الأوروبي. وعلى امتداد ما يقــــــارب قرنيــــــن من الزمن، تطــــــورت الدار لتغدو واحدة مــــــن أعرق دور الفخامة في العالــــــم. ورغــــــم اتســــــاع عالمهــــــا ليشــــــمل المصنوعات الجلدية، والأوشحة الحريرية، والأزيــــــاء الجاهــــــزة، والديكــــــور المنزلي، ومســــــتحضرات التجميل، والمجوهرات، والســــــاعات الراقية، يظــــــل الحصان القلب النابض لهويتها. ففــــــي هيرميس، لا تُختزل الفروســــــية في إرث تاريخــــــي أو رمــــــز زخرفــــــيٍّ، بل تمثّل
