From 2022 to 2025, 13.3 T of the used thinner has been recycled through a distillation process. Part of the recycled thinner is used internally or sold to our clients via a refill system.

Sofap believes in empowering its employees. The maintenance team plays a key role within the company, ensuring all machines operate efficiently and that day-to-day maintenance tasks are properly monitored and managed. With the support of the maintenance team, two repair workshops were organised during the year. The first focused on practical plumbing skills, such as fixing leaking taps and unclogging sinks while the second workshop addressed basic electrical troubleshooting and repair techniques for broken electronic items. The goal was to promote a culture of repair by equipping employees with practical skills to carry out minor repairs. Repair workshops
