Sustainability Report | 2025

The employees were encouraged to go through a decluttering process both at home and workspace. Often, we hold on to broken items that can still be repurposed. Donation Drives through Decluttering

A clutter-free environment enhances focus, productivity, and overall well-being.

For the March campaign, employees were invited to bring e-waste and plastic waste, while the June and September drives focused mainly on clothing, old towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils.

Site Visit to WeCycle and Bem Recycling

Site visits were organised to both facilities of WeCycle, giving employees a deeper understanding of local circularity. It was important for them to see firsthand how paper waste and cartons are collected, processed, and transformed into new products such as egg trays and kraft paper. Waste segregation is actively promoted across our factory and showrooms, and employees are encouraged to adopt these practices in their daily lives. Many contribute by bringing their recyclable materials to the on-site collection bins. Such initiatives help employees better understand the tangible impact of their actions, encourage them to raise awareness and adopt sustainable practices within their households and communities. In 2025 a total of 2.8 tonnes of carton were sent for recycling. .

To celebrate World Environment Day, our waste management team visited the BEM Recycling facility to better understand the e-waste recycling process. Our commitment goes beyond ensuring e-waste is collected; it also extends to ensuring it is responsibly dismantled, recycled, and diverted from landfill. We commend the remarkable work carried out by BEM to reduce the amount of electronic waste that would otherwise end up in landfills.
