Mental Health Support
Inspire & Paint activity – International Woman’s Day To celebrate International Women’s Day, Sofap created a special "Inspire & Paint" session. A vibrant space where employees could come together to express themselves through art. With all materials thoughtfully provided, everyone had the freedom to either recreate beautiful designs or unleash their imagination through original creations. This joyful gathering was more than just a creative activity. It was a moment to celebrate the strength, talent, and unity of our incredible female team members. As they painted, they connected, reflected, and reaffirmed their shared passion for the meaningful products they bring to life each day.
For the past five years, psychotherapist Virginie Saramandiff has been available to employees on a weekly basis, reflecting Sofap’s ongoing commitment to supporting mental health and employee well-being. In addition to individual consultations, Virginie regularly facilitates awareness sessions and workshops, providing practical tools and techniques to help employees navigate various work-related psychological challenges. Employees come to work each day with different emotions, experiences, and pressures, these sessions have encouraged self-reflection, emotional awareness, and improved communication amongst colleagues. To ensure accessibility for all employees, Sofap shared recap videos of these sessions on its YouTube channel, allowing those who could not attend in person to benefit from the information and guidance provided.
