Basic paint techniques for the beneficiaries of Passerelle & Lovebridge
This was not a conventional training. The training was designed not only to equip the participants with practical painting skills but also to help them recognise their own value, build confidence, and believe in their ability to succeed. Baneer, our technical expert, made the participants feel comfortable by encouraging questions, the sharing of experiences, and learning from one another. The training covered essential practical and technical aspects, including surface preparation, an understanding of different types of paint, and the correct application techniques. To complement the practical component of the training, Tania Bennett, our Business Coach and Corporate Trainer, facilitated interactive sessions on self-confidence, self- motivation, and workplace attitude. These sessions encouraged beneficiaries to reflect on their personal strengths and aspirations. Many shared that they had never before been asked such thought-provoking questions or given the opportunity to explore their own capabilities in such depth.
