Is there a way to quantify well-being? What are your numbers? Together, we will use our time to take stock of measurements of health beyond height and weight. How many vegetables do you really need each day? How do you get enough fibre into your eating? Do you know what your added sugars equal each day? Does your biome have diversity? Does it really matter? We will have fun, look at our numbers and strategize next steps. It is important to know where you are in order to move ahead. Shape your trajectory for a life of quality and quantity.
