As well, the audience will be made privy to what business opportunities should be seized, what traps to avoid and what tax deductions, planning and arrangements should be considered to save on taxes. This is a full-day continuous course, and you must attend the morning course and afternoon course to receive a full 6 credits. NO CREDITS will be provided for attending a half day of a full-day continuous course.

David Chong Yen has been advising dentists on tax, valuations and accounting for more than 35 years. Mr. Yen, a tax specialist, has written hundreds of tax articles for the dental community and also wrote for the ODA-published book Dentist’s Tax and Financial Guide . David Rosenthal is a senior business lawyer for dentists. Mr. Rosenthal is a guest lecturer at university faculties of dentistry, a regular speaker to dentists, a columnist and an author relating to business, corporate, commercial and health care law for dentists.
