This powerful, unique series is designed for multiple engine applications with limited transom space. The contoured blade design allows for extra space for engines to turn as well as decreasing and preventing cavitation to the props. Boat lengths 16' (4.9 m) to 40' (12.2 m)

What is Electro-Polishing?

Electro-Polishing is a process that improves the surface finish of our 304 stainless steel trim tab blades. Electro-Polishing delivers a smoother, more reflective surface than our standard mill finish and improves surface cleanability. Electro-Polishing dissolves free iron, inclusions, and embedded particles from the surface of our trim tabs. Lenco’s in-house process improves the

near-surface chemistry of the material, and promotes the formation of an improved corrosion resistant surface layer.

Heavy Duty Trim Tab Kit 12V System

The largest and strongest HD Trim Tab Series. Similar to our 10-gauge HD systems, this series was engineered using 7-gauge 1/4" thick stainless steel blades. While using a single actuator application, these systems perform best on larger vessels, including commercial applications, and go fast boats. Boat Lengths 24' (7.3 m) to 46' (14m)

This Heavy Duty system is similar to our 7-gauge system, but with a wider trailing edge profile giving it a larger surface area when making trim adjustments. The sides and back edges of this blade are bent up at 90 degrees providing added strength to the blade. This HD system is engineered for boats that need strength along with extra lift from the wider trailing edge profile. Boat lengths 23’ (7.01m) to 50’ (15.24m)
