The Support Bureau oversees tactical and inves- tigative services including Narcotics, Gang, SWAT, Intelligence, Violent Personal Crime, Spe- cial Victims Section, Victim's Assistance, Foren- sics and Economic Crimes, as well as other sup- port services including Property/Records Man- agement, Community Programs, and Crime Inter- vention services and more.

Of the 118 action items, 15 have been “completed”, 40 are “on target” to be accomplished by their estimat- ed completion date, 17 is lagging, and 46 are being monitored. “On target” items may also be ongoing items continuously being implemented by the department.
