Priority 1 Continued: Central Patrol Leases (Jones expires 4/30/22 and Hemphill ex- pires 5/31/20) and Communications Cen- ter—Long Term Solution Status This project is still in the research phase and will be submitted as a project in the 2022 Bond Program. Funding Strategy This project will be submitted for consideration in the next bond program that is anticipated in 2022.
Priority 2: Calvert Long Term Solution
Purpose The purpose of this project is to fund a long-term City-owned solution to relocate several work groups that were relocated to a leased facility at 1000 Cal- vert as a result of the sale of 350 W. Belknap Street to Tarrant County. The groups include the Records Division, Criminal Investigations, and Community Programs including the Youth Section. The solution is either a newly constructed facility or renovate an existing building. Status This project is still in the research phase and will be submitted for consideration as a project in a future Bond Program. Funding Strategy This project should be included in the next bond program that is anticipated in 2022.
