What to Expect… Your dedicated event planner will customize your event plan and assign the appropriate number of staff based on the style & menu of the event. Your Event planner will outline the staff charges in your proposal. What’s Included in Your Planning Process: A dedicated Event Planner from now until your wedding who will help you plan your menu and timeline, coordinate with our culinary team, manage the event staff on the day-of, as well as collaborate with other event partners to create an extraordinary event. An initial planning meeting at our corporate offices, your venue, or a phone call if you are not able to travel. An invitation for up to 4 guests to our group bridal tasting, held 3 times throughout the year. A final meeting and/or venue walk through to confirm all pertinent event details As a leader in our industry, you can depend on our Events Team for the most up to date knowledge of both catering and events industry trends.
