Business Challenges • The objective of this new web platform program was to provide industry online experience to their customers and drive incremental sales for Blackwoods through a digital channel. • Blackwoods also sought to improve their user search experience using new data algorithms and machine learning LLMs. Customer Benefits • SAP Commerce Cloud provides Blackwoods agility and scale to grow, and at the same time, Coveo was a key enabled for us to execute key business digital strategies around search where we have seen a substantial uplift in the digital penetration. • Assisted Service Module of SAP Commerce Cloud is leveraged, whereby they can swiftly reply to customer inquiries and help them solve problems. • The null searches have reduced drastically from previously 18% to 10%. What it means is the customer was able to find the products they are after hence they are calling us less. It has also boosted the productivity and efficiency within the Blackwoods team.
