ESG in Action Across the Group. The past year marked significant progress towards a unified ESG framework for the Purever Group. Purever has accelerated its journey by strengthening our sustainability commitments in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and international best practices. While the process of consolidating Group-wide data continues, our companies have already taken meaningful action, demonstrating that sustainability at Purever is not a promise for the future, but a reality in motion.

Climate Change Mitigation & Energy Efficiency. Purever made significant progress in decarbonisation through expanded photovoltaic installations across factories, low‑energy lighting upgrades, electrification of equipment, and targeted efficiency measures such as improved insulation at Dagard, and industrial process optimisation. In parallel, the Group is calculating its full carbon footprint for the first time, establishing a consolidated emissions baseline that will inform a 1.5°C‑aligned carbon‑reduction roadmap for all companies. This marks a major step towards structured, science‑based climate action and long‑term emissions reduction. Resource Efficiency & Waste Reduction Process improvements at Purever Industrial Solutions and DagardUSA reduced material use, including 30% less cardboard, 20% less plastic, and up to 40% less glue waste. Automated lines, sustainable packaging adjustments, and product lifecycle improvements strengthened our shift towards a more resource‑efficient, low‑waste operating model, aligned with circularity principles.

Community Care, Inclusion & Social Dialogue Diversity initiatives, International Women’s Day roundtables, education partnerships, job‑fair participation, and cultural engagement events such as Sant Jordi and World Book Day, deepened social connection across regions. These programs ensured Purever’s growth generated shared value for local communities and supported equal opportunities. Certified Commitment Progress was supported by internationally recognized standards, with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications reinforcing continuous improvement and responsible management across all sites. EcoVadis Bronze ratings for PAP and Ardmac reflected progress in transparency and responsible supply‑chain practices. Customer Trust & Collaboration Collaboration with employees, suppliers, and customers deepened across the value chain. We worked with clients to deliver energy-efficient, low-impact solutions and with suppliers to promote responsible sourcing and lower-carbon materials — building trusted, transparent relationships focused on sustainable performance. Ethical Conduct, Governance & Corporate Culture Newly established strong governance structures — including the integration of ESG within the Group Leadership Team and the creation of the ESG Steering Committee — now provide aligned oversight, transparency, and consistent progress across all companies. This year, Purever also began preparing its first Group‑wide Sustainability Report, voluntarily adopting the CSRD framework as a benchmark for quality and transparency. By choosing to embrace these standards ahead of requirement, Purever demonstrates its deep commitment to credible, responsible, and future‑ready sustainability governance, strengthening trust among employees, partners, customers, and shareholders.

Product Responsibility & Innovation Purever advanced sustainable design and product transparency. High‑performance solutions such as

QUANTEC® insulation, cleanroom and cold room systems with industry‑leading thermal conductivity, and expanded product EPD coverage, reduced customer energy consumption and improved lifetime environmental performance. Working Conditions, Safety & Wellbeing The Safety First program was rolled out across the Group to standardise safety culture, expand training, and reinforce governance. This supports our pathway to ISO 45001 certification at all sites. Wellbeing initiatives, including mental health campaigns and employee engagement actions, strengthened a culture grounded in health, fairness, and continuous improvement.

Sustainability is not a separate programme at Purever; it is a key consideration in how we run our business every day. Jason Casey, Chief Operations Officer, Clean Business

Environment & Climate. Decarbonising for the Future. This year, Purever is preparing its first Group‑wide greenhouse gas inventory, a foundational step in establishing a robust emissions baseline for the entire organisation. This ongoing assessment, carried out with specialised industrial decarbonisation partners, is enabling the Group to map its full carbon footprint, identify the main emission sources, and pinpoint the priority reduction levers across companies and business lines.

Climate and Decarbonisation Purever is currently developing its first Group Carbon Reduction Roadmap, which will define clear, measurable pathways consistent with the 1.5°C ambition and aligned with EU climate objectives. This roadmap — together with our first Sustainability Report, to be published later this year — will guide Purever’s transition towards long‑term, science‑based decarbonisation. Investing in Renewable Energy Photovoltaic systems now supply around 30% of electricity consumption at Purever Industrial Solutions and Taver, while Paneles Aislantes Purever (PAS) has a photovoltaic solar installation connected to the electricity grid for energy self consumption with zero injection, with a capacity of 286 kWn and 346.02 kWp. In addition, Purever Industrial Solutions has a photovoltaic solar installation connected to the electricity grid for energy self consumption with zero injection. Purever Industrial Solutions has a photovoltaic solar installation connected to the electricity grid for energy self consumption with zero injection. This installation significantly reduces the consumption of electricity from the grid, optimising the use of renewable resources and decreasing CO₂ emissions generated by industrial activity. The project is part of the incentive programme for self consumption and storage with renewable energy sources, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

Energy‑efficient upgrades: Across the Group, Purever continued to strengthen energy performance through a series of targeted upgrades. At Purever Industrial Solutions, a multi‑year transition to low‑energy lighting is reducing electricity demand and improving workplace efficiency. At DagardUSA, the introduction of electric shears and a fully automated glue line has lowered energy use while cutting material waste by up to 40%. Purever Industrial Solutions also advanced its shift towards cleaner equipment by replacing traditional acid‑water battery machinery with lithium‑powered pallet trucks and lifting towers, reducing exposure to hazardous substances and improving operational reliability. These improvements build on broader efficiency gains such as the optimisation of Purever Industrial Solutions rail processes, which achieved a 10% reduction in processing time alongside 30% less cardboard and 20% less plastic consumed. Together, these measures reflect Purever’s commitment to more efficient, lower‑impact operations across the value chain.

COMMITMENT

We are committed to drive emission reductions, expand renewable energy generation, and enhance circularity through responsible material use and recycling. Unified KPIs will track waste and resource performance, ensuring transparent, CSRD- aligned reporting and measurable progress.

Environment & Climate. Decarbonising for the Future.

Circularity & Resource Efficiency Sustainability at Purever means using materials responsibly and promoting circularity. New production technologies at DagardUSA significantly cut material waste (~30–40% reduction depending on system). Purever Industrial Solutions packaging and process redesign significantly reduced consumables and waste generation. The change of all plastic elements (HPDE) for recycled plastic elements (Recycled PP), achieved a faster process in assembly, and a 20% reduction of packaging plastic. Rethinking Packaging Sometimes the best solutions are about removing things, not adding them. In Purever Industrial Solutions (Industrial & Commercial Rails), we took a hard look at our packaging. We focused on process improvement and waste reduction. We realized we could change how we pack the rails. Now, the accessories come with the rail at their end, meaning there is only a need to remove them from the top of the main box, which is then closed again and sent to the customer. Now, the accessories come with the rail at their end, meaning there is only a need to remove them from the top of the main box, which is then closed again and sent to the customer.

Lean Manufacturing LEAN systems drive continuous improvement by eliminating inefficiencies in materials, energy, and time. The results were immediate. We were able to reduce process times by 10%. More importantly, we reduced cardboard from hardware elements and plastic from screws and kits, reducing in 30% cardboard and 20% plastic per rail. It’s a great example of how simplifying a process can reduce waste significantly.

Our team has always worked to reduce our impact on the environment; now we are doing it as part of a Group‑wide ESG and decarbonisation framework. Emilio Ruiz Alvarez, General Manager, Panels Manufacturing Site

Communities. Shared Value in Action.

Empowering Inclusion and Opportunity At MISA, inclusion has become a tangible reality. In 2024, the company reorganised its production facilities to ensure suitable spaces for both male and female employees, including new changing and shower areas. This investment enabled MISA to welcome its first female operators in 2025 — a meaningful milestone towards a more inclusive and balanced workforce. Across Spain, Purever celebrated International Women’s Day 2025 with a live-streamed roundtable connecting employees from Madrid, Martorelles, and Montalbo. Four female leaders from across the Group shared their personal journeys, challenges, and perspectives on gender equality and leadership. The conversation inspired open dialogue and connection across teams, strengthening visibility and empowerment for women across the organisation. Building Knowledge and Local Partnerships We believe that supporting education is one of the most effective ways to create lasting positive impact. In Italy, MISA collaborates with Unindustria, the regional employers’ association, to bridge the gap between schools and industry. In November 2024, the company participated in the National Day of Small and Medium Enterprises, welcoming students and teachers from the Brodolini Technical Institute to its production site in Pomezia. The visit offered a firsthand look at industrial innovation in action and encouraged young people to explore future careers in sustainable manufacturing.

In France, DAGARD continues to build strong ties with the community through job fairs and educational partnerships. By engaging in initiatives such as the ADECCO Job Dating – Lumière sur l’industrie and the Building Trades High School Fair, DAGARD helps young talent discover opportunities in the industrial sector. The company also contributes to local associations and charitable projects, supporting the passions and commitments of its employees while fostering pride and solidarity within its region. Fostering Culture and Connection As an international Group, Purever Industries values the diversity of its people and the unique cultures represented across its companies. Each subsidiary celebrates local and cultural holidays, fostering inclusion, connection, and a sense of belonging among employees worldwide. In Ireland, Ardmac continues to set an example in community engagement through long-standing social impact initiatives. The Cycle for Hope, now in its fifth year, brings together employees, partners, and families to raise funds for mental health charities, demonstrating how shared effort can drive real change. Ardmac also supports Orchards in the Community and DC’s for Bees, two projects promoting biodiversity and environmental awareness across local areas. These initiatives reflect a broader vision: that caring for people and the planet are deeply interconnected.

Our responsibility extends beyond our facilities.

At Purever, we believe that creating value means contributing to the wellbeing of the communities where we live and work. Whether through education, employment, culture, or inclusion, each company in our Group plays an active role in strengthening local connections and creating opportunities for people to thrive.

Governance & Ethics. Embedding

ESG Governance Model Governance at Purever is not only about compliance, it is about ensuring that every action reflects our values and strengthens the trust placed in us by the people and communities we serve. This year Purever established a robust ESG governance model that reflects our Group’s structure and shared purpose. In 2025, we established the Purever Group ESG Governance Framework, connecting the Group Leadership Team, and the Head of ESG to ensure that sustainability and ethical business practices are embedded in decision-making at every level. At the heart of this framework is the ESG Steering Committee, a cross-functional body that brings together senior leaders from across all subsidiaries to guide strategy, review progress, and oversee implementation of the Group’s ESG roadmap. Through this collaborative governance model, Purever is embedding sustainability into the core of how we lead, operate, and grow.

External Validation of Responsible Practices Purever also advanced its commitment to responsible business conduct through independent sustainability assessments. Ardmac and PAP both achieved the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, and the Group is now extending EcoVadis assessments across additional companies to build a harmonised ESG benchmark. This voluntary effort strengthens trust, enhances transparency, and supports our alignment with leading international standards.

Responsibility. As the Group grows, we are strengthening the structures, systems, and behaviours that ensure ethical conduct, transparent decision‑making, and long‑term value creation. This includes the development of CSRD‑aligned processes and data frameworks that will support stronger oversight, clearer responsibilities, and more transparent reporting in the years ahead. Our governance approach is rooted in our materiality results, which highlight integrity, corporate culture, and accountability as core expectations from employees, customers, and partners.

COMMITMENT

Purever will continue to develop and roll out Group ESG policies, including the Code of Conduct, Environmental Policy, and Diversity Policy. Our goal is to embed ethical, transparent, and responsible business practices at every level, ensuring that sustainability is not a separate initiative but an integral part of how we lead, operate, and create value for our employees, communities, and stakeholders.

Embedding ESG into every decision ensures that responsibility, integrity, and sustainability are at the heart of our business. Vitor Neves, Group Deputy CEO
