KATE SEKHU NEW EXECUTIVE DIAMOND LEADER STATUS GAUTENG
I would like to thank God Almighty for blessing me. It is with great excitement and gratitude to be the leader that made INUKA History by being the very 1st Executive Diamond Leader. My journey towards working for my Executive Diamond Status started in September 2019. Dreaming big scary dreams paid off when our INUKA Founder, Alma Gericke, called me to congratulate me that I achieved Executive Diamond Status. Thank you, Alma, for believing in me. I could have never reached this status on my own. I had a very strong supporting team, the Team Eagles behind my success. To the Executive Team EAGLES, you are unstoppable. YOU made it! Thank you to all the Leaders in my team and to all the downlines for their dedication to growing themselves and our team. • Great leaders inspire admiration through their actions not just their words. They lead by example and will never expect their team to do anything that they aren’t willing to do themselves. • Invest your time and efforts into income generating activities. INUKA is not a get rich quick solution. However, Leaders that are willing to invest their time and energy daily and doing income generating activities are growing themselves to a financially free future. • Invest quality time in your business. The only place where SUCCESS comes before work, is in the dictionary. I am more concerned about the growth of my leadership capabilities than the growth of my Volume Rebate Earnings. The more I help other people to be successful, the more successful I will be, and my Volume Rebate will take care of itself. My advice to everyone reaching for their dreams with their INUKA Business is:
Thank you to my sister Yvonne and to Millicent for standing by me and pushing me when I almost gave up.
Thank you to the INUKA mentors and staff who have helped and supported me.
When the Lord says YES, nobody can say no.

MASTENE MLANGENI GAUTENG NEW TRIPLE DIAMOND LEADER
How did you plan on growing your business to Triple Diamond Status
By this stage you have a huge downline. How do you motivate your group and stay in touch with everyone in the group I care about the people in my team and get to know what is important to them and spend time identifying their different strengths to help them grow to their full potential. I share what is important to me in terms of where I come from, so my team can also understand me. The team grows as we integrate and share our experiences. I fill my day with high priority actions. A day to me is important and my time is precious. I use my time wisely doing what I love most. I know where I am going. My mentors are our INUKA Founder Alma Gericke, my Helpdesk Mentor, my husband, my sisters Kate Sekhu (our INUKA Ambassador), Oratile as well as my uncle Bishop Masenya. Thank you for your guidance and support. To my team whom I love so much: I am where I am today because of all of you. To those who were able to achieve a new Leadership Status in SQ2, I salute you all. I dedicate my Triple Diamond Status to you and your hard work. Do you have a role model and if so, why is this person your role model
A journey of a thousand miles began with a single step which led to building my INUKA empire. My dreams are now possible for I take small steps towards them every day. Never underestimate the power you have to take your life in a new direction. You can and you should be brave enough to start your journey. • Nothing beats determination. If you dream it, you can achieve it. • Achieving takes determination. • To achieve you must plan and apply your plan without hesitation. INUKA is not only about doing business but it is a legacy that you can build for yourself and your family. I have turned into a celebrity and I am still building my special legacy.
The grace of the Almighty God has brought me to my Triple Diamond Status.
What do you think is your greatest strength
It is said that listening is a skill. This is true because through listening to different advice I have learnt amazing leadership skills. All the attained skills have made me the person I am today. My success so far has proven that I am not a manager, but I am a leader who strives to improve the lives of many people.

If you can be anybody, BE YOURSELF

NODUMO MAQETUKA WESTERN CAPE NEW TRIPLE DIAMOND LEADER
What were your biggest challenges you had to overcome on your way to Diamond Leader Status
I continue to introduce more entrepreneurs to my INUKA network by using social network platforms. I also continue to motivate and mentor the Members in my team.
I can safely say that joining the INUKA Business in October 2017 and making it to Triple Diamond Status in my 23rd month of joining, was not a walk in the park.
How has INUKA changed your life
I used to spend my time doing meaningless things, until INUKA came to my life. Now I am focused on my future success, my financial independent future. With INUKA I can afford a 5-bedroom house for my mother with a bathroom and lounge. I managed to pay off all loans. I don’t have a single clothing account. I only buy everything in cash. I have bought a plot on which we are planning to build flats as an investment and currently we are halfway through with extending our house. There is more to do, and I believe with INUKA and GOD by my side, all will go according to plan.
My Triple Diamond Status required me to step out of all my comfort zone and to do more than what I usually do.
My journey started with motivating and mentoring my team to do their utmost best every day. I gave them achievable goals and targets. Everyone in my team understands that we are working towards one goal: For each to earn a Monthly Volume Rebate Pay-out on the 20th of each and every month.
What are you grateful for
Thanks to my team, “Team Sdumza”. Ndiyazingca, ndinegugu neqhayiya ngani. (I have great pride and glory in you)
What advice would you give someone who is just starting their INUKA Business
Thank you for always surprising me with reaching your next Status levels. You are amazing, awesome and professional.
It is never too late to reach your goals. It took me 2 years to make it this far. Nothing should stop you on your own unique way to your success. Start believing in yourself and do beyond your expectations. INUKA is an amazing company and your opportunity to make sure your dreams come true.
QHUBEKANI (Keep on pushing ). I am so proud to be your leader. We have a long way to go and the journey has just begun. I want to ensure you of my support throughout your INUKA journey. I AM BECAUSE YOU ARE. Power to all of you. To my INUKA Helpdesk Mentor, thank you once more for always being there to support my personal growth in the business. Thank you to the entire INUKA Team from Management, Packers, Cashiers and the Sales Floor Team. I might not say it every day, but I appreciate you and have witnessed how hard you work towards satisfying each Member. A special thank you to my prayer partners Nandipha, Jolakazi, Qengeba and Mpankomo. You believed in me when I was losing hope to make it to the next level.
Thank you, my husband, for always holding my hand and for your undying support.
How did you grow your team to Triple Diamond Status
During my journey to Triple Diamond Status, I had a conversation with myself and decided TO DO ME. I travelled to different provinces to do presentations for my teams and this contributed to the growth of each individual and my personal growth.

NOKUPHIWA NKUNZI WESTERN CAPE NEW TRIPLE DIAMOND LEADER
How did you plan on growing your business to Triple Diamond Status
empowered when they are part of the solutions. I don’t dictate the path to follow but together we work as a team.
By this stage you have a huge downline. How do you motivate your group and stay in touch with everyone in the group I dedicate time for everyone in my group. I am never too busy not to give advice. My team knows that I am available 24/7 for them. We constantly talk through social media where we created team groups. It is always encouraging for the team to share day to day challenges and work together to overcome these. I communicate to each one on a frequent basis, irrespective of their status. I respect all my team.
I always set targets for myself to get to the next level and Triple Diamond Status was the next level after I achieved Double Diamond Leader Status. Being a goal driven person, I don’t sit back and relax. I always work on my set plans to achieve my goals, riding my own horse and not focusing on what others are doing and capitalizing on my own strengths. I wanted to build my team to improve each and every month on our Group PV’s and individual goals to have more branches which in turn will build a stronger and more resilient downline structure. I encourage all my downlines to have a least 3 or more active Members which will build the team to greater heights.
Do you have a role model and if so, why is this person your role model
What do you think is your greatest strength
My role model is my late grandma who had nothing. Through her hard work and small garden, she always ensured there will be food for us every night. This inspired me as a mom to work hard to feed my kids and to ensure that as long as I live, they will have better lives.
Listening and always availing myself to my team. I have patience and I never get irritated about explaining or repeating the same things to the people that I lead. I have an open-door policy. I don’t shutdown people’s advice or opinions and I am easy to get along with. Time management is the key to my progress.
How do you push through your most challenging time
I am adaptive and I know in business things can change quickly. I take the day as it comes and don’t allow outside influences to distract me. I am a positive person and believe there are many ways to overcome the challenges you face, and I always think out of the box. When things aren’t working today it doesn’t mean tomorrow it will be the same. Be persistent and always be energetic.
How do you motivate your team to work for the INUKA Quarterly and Annual Challenges
I develop easy and achievable challenges for my team and always recognize my team when they do well. I give support all the time. I constantly check up on them, keeping track of the PV’s for each Member and where there are gaps, I call and chat to them to understand their stumbling blocks and together we come up with solutions. People always feel

Reaching INUKA Triple Diamond Status is a great honour for my family, my team and me.
I am grateful for the INUKA Business Opportunity that gives me and my team the opportunity to make a difference in our country, Mozambique. Together we give hope for a better tomorrow to so many people. It is possible to reach magnificent levels of success in INUKA when you and your team decide to work together as a group and all are motivated to reach their next level of success. Thank you to everyone who has supported me in my INUKA Business. A special thank you to my Uplines: Penina Sitoe, Benvinda Sitoe, Marla Simao and Violeta Chingubo. I salute my INUKA Helpdesk Mentors for challenging and encouraging me to think big, to believe in myself and to aim for the next level of success. My greatest admiration goes towards my team in Mozambique who are always willing and eager to work tirelessly.
My husband, Virgilio, has been my greatest supporter in my INUKA Business. I salute YOU!

ZUKHANYE ZONKE WESTERN CAPE NEW TRIPLE DIAMOND LEADER
How did you plan on growing your business to Triple Diamond Status
How do you push through your most challenging times
INUKA says to us: “Live Your Best Life”. This phrase affirms what I have been doing throughout my life.
By realizing this: Dream, wake up and work on your dreams to become a reality. Nothing tastes as good as what you have sweated for. At this stage you have a huge downline. How do you motivate your group and stay in touch with everyone in the group As a Triple Diamond my team is huge as it not only consists of my Direct Downlines but also Downlines 4 levels deep. It’s not an easy task to keep it together but through everyday chats and motivations we stay connected. My plan is now to keep the momentum. I am, because Team Gejeza is. Ngxatshoke Ntozakuthi. Ndibamba ngazo zozibini kuni. (Thank you and much appreciated).
I come from having nothing and I have always been open and honest about that. Through my INUKA experience and hard work I have inspired many people. Through my path and hustle I have gained many followers; those that I know and those that I do not know. When I tell my story, people look at me in admiration when they witness my journey of success in my INUKA Business. The openness and transparency in INUKA have made it easy for me to gain trust from people close and far. I do not sell them a dream; I sell them the reality of success as they see it from me. No success comes overnight. No success comes without time and money being invested.
Reality is: Ayikho Inkomo Yobuthongo futhi Evukamva Ityiwa Zizagweba. (The early bird catches the first worm. You won’t get anything in life if you don’t work for it).
We need to act now and build on 2020 being our best year for all of us.
Reality is that Network Marketing involves an Upline and a Downline. Yet your success is yours to create, your financial freedom is yours to produce. Yes, teamwork can be beneficial, but your focus should always be to work towards your own financial freedom and let go of a mindset of working for your Upline. Remember INUKA does not pay you if you don’t work, so your Upline has her own path to build and race to run.

What habits helped make you successful
How has INUKA changed your life
I have a strong belief in a positive attitude, because such attitude makes everything positive. My favourite words of encouragement to my team are to always stay positive and positive things will follow you. Did you experience failures on your journey to Double Diamond? If so, what did you learn from them My road to Double Diamond Leader Status was easy because I did it through introspection on myself and reflected on my journey of pushing to Diamond Status and learned the lessons from this journey. I joined INUKA on the 15 March 2018. It was payday and I only had R2000 left after my debit orders were paid. I told myself I will join INUKA, purchase a Business Kit and take this risk with faith. It took me 19 months to make it to Double Diamond Leader Status. It was fun, challenging and exciting. I mainly focused on my team. I focused more on developing them and seeing them grow in business. As a result, I managed to promote 4 new Sapphire Leaders under my leadership. When I was recognized as a Top 25 Business Leader in 2019, I was crying at the event and I realized this business is for me. I just needed to focus more and more on the right activities. And I did just that. Through this journey I am so grateful to meet people who are positive about life and willing to learn every time you bring new strategies to them. As young as I am, they listen to me and they do as I say. I thank God every day for my team. I am excited every day about my INUKA Business. I travel to many provinces to train and mentor my team and we are all having a great working relationship. I set a time frame for myself to reach certain goals at a specific time. This helps me to plan my strategies. This works very well for me and keeps me disciplined to do the activities that will help me to reach my goals. What drives you to keep going when it’s really tough The road to success is not always easy. I realize that there will always be challenges and disappointments along the way. The bigger your dreams and goals, the bigger your challenges. But deep down I know myself and I know I will push through until I make it to the top. Where do you find your inspiration and motivation to continually grow your business
With the INUKA Business Opportunity I have managed to build my mother her dream house in the Eastern Cape that she never thought would become a reality for her. Projects like these keeps me going when times get tough.
What are you grateful for
To my Team Shosho and my Helpdesk Mentor: Thank you so much, I appreciate you. May the Lord bless you more and more.
A special thank you to my husband, my friend and my No 1 supporter: Simo Makhendlana Mcirha. Thank you for supporting my dream. You are always by my side and you know everything about INUKA. Thank you for being my soundboard and that I can talk to you for advice. Thank you to the entire Ralarala family for you love and support.

Set Goals For Yourself
I am dedicated to devoting time to teach my Downline’s how to benefit from the INUKA 90 Day Earnings Plan, how to fill in and submit orders and new Member Registrations and how to do payments to INUKA.
I believe in self-motivation. I find inspiration in books, watching motivational speakers on YouTube and learning from fellow Leaders in INUKA that reaches and maintain extra ordinary levels of success.
On my journey to success I often experience failures. On my journey I have come to realize that quitting is never an option. I will keep on trying until I succeed. Being focussed and regular communication with Members in my Downline has been worth my while. I believe that I am hard working, persistent and humble to always support my downline.
I set goals for myself and adjust each day according to my family schedule and what I need to do to assist my downlines and customers.

MARLA SIMAO MOZAMBIQUE NEW DOUBLE DIAMOND LEADER
When you introduce new Members into your team how do you develop them into becoming your next new Superstars When I recruit new Members, I strive to explain how this business is profitable and how they can earn money daily. Rather show than tell. I show them with real life examples of people who succeed selling INUKA products and that motivates them to achieve new goals in their lives. Where do you find your inspiration and motivation to continually grow your business I find in my family the main inspiration for whatever I do. I try to provide them with the best that life can offer by working hard and this only becomes possible with my team’s efforts as well. I also motivate myself by studying new strategies to grow my business, such as how to enter new markets, how to use promotions and how to introduce downlines. Did you experience failures on your journey to Double Diamond? If so, what did you learn from them Surely, I have failed sometimes. I have been in this business for years and I learned that you can’t even think to grow alone by yourself and the network is the best way to move forward. If I grow, my downlines come with me. It’s a long-term mind set.
What habits helped make you successful I encourage my team to go bigger and in order to achieve their goals, they need to be in touch with their downlines, organizing frequent meeting and setting individual and collective goals. How do you organize your time Every day I work hard to take care of my business. When I say every day, I mean it. That includes Saturday, Sunday and even holidays. This business is profitable and sustainable and is nowadays part of my life. As a human being sometimes, I feel myself getting tired and things do not go so well. But I keep in mind that a lot of people find inspiration in me and that gives me strength to continue to move forward. What is your advice to all Members that aspire to grow their INUKA Business The top is so much better than the bottom. Never give up. Always believe that it is possible to have a lifestyle based on INUKA and fulfil your dreams no matter how big they are. What drives you to keep going when it’s really tough
I would like to thank my husband and my amazing team for the unconditional support during this journey.
