Cortex CB 598/Jerky Inline Slicer
Cortex CB 609 Auto Return
The Cortex CB 598 Jerky Slicer uses vertical circular blades and a groved intersection roller to slice meat with skin or tendons, making it perfect for slicing jerky or biltong. Slice as thin as 4.5mm and up to 39mm thick.
The Cortex CB 609 Auto Return uses a horizontal blade to produce incredibly thin slices of meat and poultry. The unique blade holder, transport roller, and spring suspended pressure roller allow for slices ranging from 0.5mm - 8mm.
The optional laser guide allows you to slice two different thicknesses on the same blade kit at the same time.
The Auto Return conveyor continues to continues to pass product back through the blade until it is completely sliced.
