CHAIRMAN MESSAGE

Happy Eid Mubarak Eid al Adha, “the festival of sacrifice”, marks the completion of Hajj. A day when we contemplate, celebrate and remember our prophets. The magnificent sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (as) and his son Prophet Ismail (as) gives us the lifelong lessons of obedience, submission and servitude in front of one’s God. I also pray for the safe return of all the hujjaj who are on this spiritual journey this year, may they return safe and with an elevated spirit. May God Grant each and every one of us the chance to perform this Divine and obligatory act of submission at least once in our lifetimes. Ameen. On the auspicious day of Eid al Adha, On behalf of The BGN team, I would like to wish you and your families a very happy Eid Mubarak. May Allah (swt) shower His blessings in your lives. Ameen This month of July also brings our Independence day and it brings no less joy to wish all my fellow Americans and BGN members a very Happy Independence day. I still would like to remind us all as we enjoy our day with our loved ones; having hot dogs, hamburgers and apple pies, of the sacrifices it took to get here. Enjoy your time today and always remember and pay tribute to those who made it possible for us to be here with our friends and families feeling safe. As we celebrate Independence Day, I want to express my gratitude to the men and women and their families who serve our nation. Thank you for keeping this nation of opportunity and hope safe.

DR. SYED ARIF JAMAL CHAIRMAN

CEO MESSAGE This month of July brings upon us the holy festival of Eid al Adha and it brings me immense pleasure to wish all of the Muslims around the globe a very happy Eid Mubararak! May the spirit of sacrifice and giving without the intention of receiving be forever instilled in you. This Eid please pray, alongside us at BGN, that this festival becomes a unifying factor for all of us humans throughout the world as we strive towards a peaceful co-existence in different parts of the world. What a wonderful surprise it is when two events with such common underlying messages occur in the same month! Picnics, parades and barbeques; is there anything left to add to complete the 4th of July? Fireworks! Nothing better than a spectacle of happy people rejoicing in the abundance of joy on this auspicious day. It is important, as we celebrate our freedom, to keep in mind the sacrifices that brought us here and to pay a tribute to those heroes who sacrificed for our sake. For now let us rejoice in the beauty and magnificence of our country. I wish all the members of the BGN family a very happy 4th of July. May the Light and Glory of this nation always shine upon you.

QUESTION 01

Dr. Aamir Liaquat, you are a trendsetter, game show to morning show host, a politician, author, journalist, debater, a rating magnet & titled as the Superstar Televangelist of Pakistan by New York Times, is there anything you haven't achieved yet? Yes indeed, there is always one thing that I haven't achieved yet, and that is that I haven't become the Prime Minister of Pakistan yet, but when I become the Prime Minister of Pakistan, then I'll feel that I have achieved everything in life. What is the one rare quality of yours, according to you, that has helped you achieve heights in your profession & life? Well. There are 2 Rare Qualities of Mine, First is that I do not hate any religion and I never say Non-Muslims, as I do not like this word at all, I also state it as Other Faith and I always invite all leaders of all the religions on the 27th of Ramadan in my transmission, My other rare quality is that I always stand for everyone in their lows, without even thinking that it may damage me and I got damaged many times, I helped someone and I got damaged, you guys may have seen that a girl is claiming to be my 3rd wife, this is very hurting, When the EarthQuake Incident happened in Azad Kashmir, I was the one who was on the ground and helping others, whenever there is massive rain, I always come on ground and help others, and recently in COVID, I was working day and night to help others. This is me. QUESTION 02

QUESTION 03

QUESTION 04

You have lead so many TV channels, which one of them was your favorite? My all time favorite is only one channel & that is GEO, as I have started my television career from GEO, and I had a great time there, but of course there were some things which caused us to separate, but my all time favorite was definitely GEO. After GEO, I spent 2 years in ARY, and that was also a good time.

Can you tell us a little bit about your first appearance on television, how the experience was? In 2002, I was the first person to break the news on GEO News, as a Newscaster, on that day, I was reporting that a member of Al-Qaeda was arrested in Karachi, and that very day, GEO became the No #1 News Channel across the country. Right after that, I ran in elections & became an MNA, I was then requested by the management to step down as a newscaster, I also second their thought at that time, as it would have created a conflict of interest as I was in Politics. I was given an idea by Mir Shakeel Ur Rahman about Moulana Online & I stated to make it, Aalim Online instead, and we invited Shia & Sunni Ulema together and spread love between them, answered questions, and built a bridge between both sects, this program became extremely famous & one of the most watched programs, I realized the same year, when I went for Eid Shoppings at Glamour One and a massive crowd surrounded me and started taking autographs, than I noticed & felt that Aalim Online has broken all the records.

QUESTION 05

You’ve numerous prestigious awards. Which one is the most memorable one for you? received The most memorable award was for me is the Best Debater of Asia Award, I got it when I was studying in AdamJee Science College, and I was extremely happy at that time, Hakim Said Shaheed (one of the biggest names of Pakistan), he came to my house, on an occasion when my parents hosted a program for me, and I was extremely happy when I met him, but other then that, I didn't get anything, I am the one, who is the trendsetter of Ramadan Transmission and all but I didn't get Tamgha-e-Pakistan or Hilal-e-Pakistan or Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, not even a Presidential Award, but yes, I did get Pakistan, I am blessed to have Pakistan.

06

QUESTION

Your philanthropy work as well as your political both started out from grassroots levels. Have those two branches of your life combined now or do they contradict each other? No it does not contradict at all, as I have always worked in the grassroot level, be it parliament or the entertainment industry, I always have raised the public voice via my television screen, specially for my constituency, this is my advantage to be in the TV industry and I believe that it is very beneficial that I can take the cameras to those areas which are indeed to raise awareness & address the concerns, there is no conflict of interest in this and I believe Television is the best media where you can entertain the audience as well as solve the public issues.

07

QUESTION

What are your thoughts on the widespread culture of harassment that prevails in the entertainment business? We first have to understand, what actually is harassment? Harassment is not only for women, I myself am a victim of harassment, harassment does not mean that it is only for women, it does not have any gender, any gender can be harassed by any other gender, You can watch the movie called "Aitraaz", where Akshay Kumar was harassed by Priyanka Chopra, It can be done by a boss, employees, colleagues and etc, we have to first talk about harassment, that this has no gender boundaries, there are many men around the world

QUESTION 09

who are victims of harassment, but yes, I condemn that there are a lot of women who become victims of harassment, and in the entertainment industry, some people think that the actresses are "not good", I was recently reading an article, and that person stated that every Pakistani Actress is characterless, now this is some people's mindset, (nonsense, below the belt statement), people like them, should not have the rights to live in Pakistan, they should be exiled or deported from the country as they are against our countries Ideology. Almost all Pakistani Meme’s start from your clip, you stated that you enjoy memes that are made with & on you. What the reason behind it? Also do you get upset sometimes? I really enjoy memes, specially that I am running with or besides avengers, king kong, spider-man, batman, these are my heros, specially marvel & spider-man is my favorite, I always have something of spider-man with me at all times, so I am happy with these sort of memes, but sometimes, I am upset with those memes which crosses the limits, and damages the personality, which has no sense or gives a bad vibe, as we do have some people in our country whom are hypocrites, earning from memes is haram, I hope they enjoy earning it and giving it to your mother and but do let her know that your earnings are haram by creating such memes. QUESTION 08

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work, which give you peace of mind? Well, I never get peace of mind, as things always come up, but yes, I do have hobbies outside of work and that is, that I read books, watch movies, old movies hollywood or bollywood, not the new ones, I like Vinod Khanna and Rajesh Khanna, I watch Amitabh Bachans movies as well, and in Pakistan, I watch Fahad Mustafa's movies as they are good, and back in the days, I use to goto cinemas and watch Muhammad Ali Sahab and Nadeem Baig Sahab's movies, also there was a memoriable moment, after the tsunami incident, I was campaigning and doing a fundraising for GEO in Lahore, and Muhammad Ali Sahab and Zeeba Jee, came to meet me and that was a very toucy moment for me, since Muhammad Ali Sahab was not only an actor, he was an intellectual, and also Tariq Aziz Sahab, stated for me that "Hum Na Ho, Koi Hum Sa Tou Hoga", I still remember those touchy moments and cry till date, these are some memories that I chriesh a lot.

QUESTION 10

QUESTION 12

What advice you would like to give to the upcoming hosts & journalist? The advice that I would like to give to the upcoming anchors/hosts is that they should study deeply and talk more on facts and figures, not off-the-topic questions or discussions as this is damaging for them, and not everyone can become a host or an anchor, as he or she should know how and what to talk, have the pleasure of words, and command on the topic he or she is discussing and also have speaking ethics, and when it comes to journalism, there is no such thing as upcoming journalists, mostly they are "Batameez", they do not even have the ethics or knowledge that If you are claiming or stating about an unknown source or news, you should write "Mubaiyana"/"Alleged", they just write things on their own, by judging on their own, while a journalist is not a judge, he or she is only applicable to write news, judgement is for court. You inspire and empower millions of people around the world, what one message would you want to give to all the people out there in the world to motivate them & empower them? I would like to give the message of love and peace, love each other, love each religion, love each race, color, fat, skinny, tall, short, blind, deaf, everyone as everyone is loveable, Allah has created everyone completely, and do good to others, and respect your seniors and just keep loving, to make the world loveable. QUESTION 11

People call you "Lafzon Ka Badshah", how do you have such a solid memory with such an amazing choice of words & an powerful speech delivery? In Ramazan, There are many moments, where I give strong speeches and discussions, but if you particliualry ask me about this, I have given tons of speeches in the United States of America, with powerful words, I always use to say, to pray for the United States of America to all the muslims, because in America there are a lot of mosques and muslims living peacfully, and the other thing is that you should follow the rules, pay taxes and make sure to be a responoliby citizen and not to support terrorism, rogue elements or hate and always remember that you are a Pakistani, you should make sure to respect that as well, and always condemn the acts of terrismom and let everyone know that Pakistan is the land of Peace and does not sponsor any hate, terrormism or any rogue elements, Pakistan is the land of peace and love.

QUESTION 13

The celebration of Eid-ul-Adha is to commemorate Prophet Ibrahim’s devotion to Allah SWT and his readiness to sacrifice his son, Ismail. At the very point of sacrifice, Allah SWT replaced Ismail with a ram, which was to be slaughtered in place of his son. This command from Allah SWT was a test of Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness and commitment to obey his Lord’s command, without question. Therefore, Eid-ul-Adha means the festival of sacrifice. Although Eid-ul-Adha has no direct relation to the Hajj Pilgrimage, it is but a day after the completion of Hajj and therefore has significance in time. The day of Eid-ul-Adha falls on the tenth day in the twelfth month of the Islamic Lunar Calendar; Dhu-al-Hijjah. The day that celebrations fall on is dependent on a legitimate sighting of the moon. In a dream, the Prophet Ibrahim was instructed to sacrifice his son Ismail to Allah. Ibrahim told Ismail about the dream, and both agreed to submit to the will of God. Ismail lay prostrate with his forehead touching the ground, while his father laid a sharp knife upon his neck. At this moment, Allah called down: “O Ibrahim! You have done my bidding and now you will be rewarded!” A large ram appeared as an alternative sacrifice, and instead of killing his son, Ibrahim slaughtered the sheep to the glory of God. The sacrificial animal must be a sheep, lamb, goat, cow, bull or a camel; the sheep, lamb or goat consist of one Qurbani share, whereas a bull, cow or camel consist of seven shares per animal. The animal must be in good health and over a certain age in order to be slaughtered, in a “halal” friendly, Islamic way. The Qurbani meat can then divided into three equal portions per share; one-third is for the family, one-third is for friends, and the final third is to be donated to those in need. Eid-ul-Adha manifests the true spirit of obedience and loyalty to Allah and it exhibits that those who obey His Commands are always being rewarded virtuously. Eid –ul-Adha’s moral significance is to enhance compassion, generosity as to reach the divinity. Muslims all around the world celebrate Eid-ul-Adha enthusiastically to portray its deity and to reappraise ‘Labaik Allahuma Labaik’. Muslims entertain their palate with yummiest Bar B.Q parties with their families and friends after the fair distribution of sacrificial meat. ‘Happy Eid-ul-Adha Everyone!’ By Huma Kirmani

After a slide yesterday, the bitcoin price fell below $30,000 today for the first time since the start of the year - trading as low as $28,815, according to Coindesk. By 4.15pm in London and 11.15am in New York, bitcoin had clawed back some ground to trade at $31,000. This week's further slump came as Michael Burry warned that when the value of cryptocurrencies and 'meme stocks' fall it will trigger market losses 'the size of countries'.

Warning: Top investor Michael Burry said that when the value of cryptocurrencies and so-called 'meme stocks' fall it will trigger market losses 'the size of countries' He was famously one of the few people to foresee the sub-prime mortgage bubble that triggered the 2008 financial crisis. The Big Short blockbuster film was about him and his hedge fund. Bitcoin, the leading cryptocurrency, dropped 7 per cent to around $34,000 yesterday – its lowest level in two weeks – while others such as ethereum and dogecoin followed suit. Digital currencies and popular stocks have exploded in value this last year – drawing in amateur retail investors who have never traded before. But Burry, founder of private investment firm Scion Asset Management, and others, have warned this has created a bubble that will inevitably burst and harm traders who bought at the top of the market. On Twitter, in posts that were later deleted, he said: 'All hype/speculation is doing is drawing in retail before the mother of all crashes. 'When crypto falls from trillions, or meme stocks fall from tens of billions, Main Street losses will approach the size of countries. History ain't changed. Last week he called crypto the 'Greatest

speculative bubble of all time in all things. By two orders of magnitude.' Since last October bitcoin has rallied from around $10,000 to more than $63,000 in April. It has since been in freefall after Elon Musk, the electric car tycoon, U-turned on his promise to accept bitcoin as payment for his vehicles, and China began a crackdown. Beijing ordered banks and payment platform Alipay to stop services linked to crypto.

ENTREPRENEUR? WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL GET GRITTY: In today’s rapidly shifting world, we now, more than ever, need more entrepreneurs. The world needs entrepreneurs to raise people’s standards of living, drive innovation, enable new markets and motivate people to bring about change. An entrepreneur not only brings about a new market but also impacts all related businesses. Here are five ways you can also become a successful entrepreneur; Always remember, that Go-get-‘em attitude is what separates an entrepreneur from the rest. When the entire world, even your body is asking you to stop and you keep moving, that is the real test of your strength and grit. In order to be a successful entrepreneur you have to be prepared to give it all you have and more.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF:

No one will come to motivate you to move if you don’t want to do it yourself. It’s up to you to challenge yourself, to push your mind beyond the limits and break those barriers. Often times our only limitation is our mind, we create our own limitations. Only with a willpower of steel can you break them. Keep looking for the next challenge, break the barriers and move on, that’s how you become a successful entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship is mostly decision making and those decisions entail taking risks of all kinds. As an entrepreneur you should be able to rust your wisdom and have enough belief in yourself to take those risks fearlessly but also recognizing which risks are worth taking.

TAKE RISKS:

GO THE EXTRA MILE:

Love what you do and go the extra mile for it, work for it with all the passion that you have. As an entrepreneur, you need to put in more hours than most people and make many sacrifices but that’s the secret ingredient for success, but if there’s passion; it’s not a sacrifice. Motivation plays a big role in helping you stay on the right course and walk the extra mile. Do it and see how people around you will be automatically motivated by the glint in your eye when you talk about your ventures. The difference between an entrepreneur and a successful entrepreneur is their faith. A successful entrepreneur has complete faith in himself and the process. Honestly, in order for others to believe in you, first you have to believe in yourself; same goes for the path you’re walking on. A successful entrepreneur trusts their intuition, relies on their intuition when making decisions and trusts the process.

TRUST THE PROCESS:

Most Important ingredient for fitness: Motivation With the advent of recent times fitness and its awareness has reached new heights, now every other person wants to focus on their health and keep fit, and those who don’t, try to find that spark within themselves which can drive them towards fitness goals. Although fitness requires a lot of other factors in order to be achieved; like discipline, preparedness, commitment, and setting goals; motivation still tops them all. Without motivation all of these might falter after a few days. Often times , we have this misconception that motivation might just appear one day and it will drive us towards our goals but it’s not the case, we need motivation to plan, orchestrate, and stay committed to those goals. Motivation comes from the desire and ambition to be fit and strong or beautiful or healthy, or whatever your goal is, you just need to be goal oriented to wish to achieve the best possible results; tell yourself, nothing but the best will do! Motivation is that voice which tells you to keep going when all the external factors ask you to stop, it is the driving force that pummels you towards your goal with a laser focus. In the fitness industry motivation can make or break your fitness goal, be it a diet or an exercise regime, anything can be achieved or gone to waste with the right or wrong amount of motivation.

ways to make your wardrobe more eco-friendly and chic 03 Its 2021and with it comes a lot of awareness about the environment we live in. Long gone is the era in which we had no clue regarding where and how the clothes and the make-up we wore came from. Now we need to know what goes in the backhand to keep our conscience clean. The world is moving towards sustainable fashion at such a high pace that if we don’t follow we will soon be left behind. So; here are 3 tips to keep up with the fastest growing industry; fashion, and still keep that conscience unmarred.

01 SHOP FOR SUSTAINABLE EDITS 02 THOROUGHLY CHECK THOSE LABELS 03 BUY SECOND HAND

If you’re into recyclable material go for sustainable edits, find boutiques that make buttons or zippers out of recycled material, even clothes too, and only buy clothes that you can see you yourself lovingly wearing the same time of the year next year. Try to find option where there seem to be none!

It is essential that you check what material your clothes are made of, when you’re buying them. Some fabrics, especially synthetic ones, are to be completely avoided because of their carbon emission, but we can’t give up on them skinny jeans, can we? So go for clothing items that we can be sure to wear for a couple of years at least. Like a good pair of jeans. Perhaps the most common of all options and the most fun as well. You go from buying a shirt worth 500 -700 dollars to 50 dollars with the difference of one shopping district. Perhaps the most sustainable of all, this saves a lot of trash creation because one outfits can be passed on to many people if it’s in mint condition. If you have your own outfits to sell and have a list of what you need to buy, your visit can be very smooth, as thrift shops tend to be a bit crowded.

THE SURPRISING BENEFITS OF GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

A number of studies suggest that giving back to the community is an amazingly rewarding, and a life-changing experience. Philanthropy opens avenues to meaning and contentment and can likely positively impact an individual's health both mentally and physically. In research conducted by the National Institutes of Health, participants who chose to donate a portion of $100 they were provided enjoyed activated pleasure centers in the brain. Although this experiment was controlled and scientific, it did show that donating money simply makes you feel better, which is something we can all benefit from. Another 2017 report from the Women's Philanthropy Institute noted that people are happier overall when they give to others and that the more they do or give, the happier they tend to be. It's simply referred to as "the joy of giving." Some of the benefits of giving back to the community include: a sense of purpose, stress reduction, spreading light to the neediest, and enlightening our souls in the process. According to Stephen G. Post, professor of preventive medicine and the director and founder of the Center for Medical Humanities, Compassionate Care and Bioethics at Stony Brook University, acting generously and giving back could help lower your stress levels. There are several ways in which you can help out or give back to the community. Some of these include providing your time to those in need, a random act of kindness, helping animals in need, financial donations, buying products that are ethically sourced, providing a warm meal on someone’s table, donating to food drives, supporting your local farmers, volunteering at senior centers, donating blood, organizing a community cleanup, and participating in a local fundraiser or a race – notes Shilpa Tiku, Chief Research Officer and Partner at Verify Markets.

We have thousands of two faced back stabbing friends whom we trust as keeping a green serpent under the carpet. The backstabbers always seek to gain trust then exploit ones weaknesses; usually involves some form of flattery on their part, beyond the mean and unbelievable betrayal of trust by the last person on earth whom one confides faith. Julius Caesar who was lured by his senators to the capital Rome, the conspirators flattered Julius Caesar and once he entered the senate, was stabbed to death. The fall of Caesar by Brutus is literally given to aware the worst backstabbers are the ones whom we believe in. Shakespeare has used these words, ‘You too Brutus’, to create the phenomenal theatrical effect, as asking in the process of murdering Caesar, as the most moving utterances ever made. Backstabs are complex moves. Backstabbing friends are afraid of their insecure status which drives them to indulge in such worthless acts they will repent for their actions a day. We all have experienced jaw dropping moments of betrayal where best friends secretly trash-talk each other, or someone is dating two people at once, or some other painful secret is revealed. The disastrous disloyalty could have been avoided if people communicate honestly, a dysfunctional, non-communication doesn’t work out too well, absolutely terrible, sadly much more cruelty. The awful treacherous behavior is always horrifying of lovers, family members, and political leaders. Beware of social climbers. One has to be on the lookout for friends who might dip once they get a little bit of success and popularity. True friends will stick around no matter what. One never has to wear ones heart on the business shirt sleeve as professionally big changes are undergoing but keep a focused lookout in rearviewmirror. The disquieting situation of being ghosted out incapacitate ones faculties; one shouldn’t treat oneself with substance abuse. We may draw a line to mark the end as to concede oneself to call it over. In the story of Red Riding Hood, the big, bad wolf is the symbol for fear in its many forms specifically embodies the fear of losing trust and integrity; backstabs are quite painful to outweigh the losses from fear. Those who walk softly and confidently like the cunning wolf who dress up like the beloved granny but underneath carry a big knife while you are picking up blossoms for the hidden foe whose pretence affirms that the wolf is the loved one. When dealing with back stabbers, it's important to maintain the positive sense of self and assess the situation carefully. Don't overreact or react too quickly before the existing state of affairs, particularly with regard to social or political issues. A dramatic upheaval is better than keeping the status quo as learn to evaluate the odds of a dice roll and remove yourself from the grapevine; never maintain a ‘holier than thou’ attitude. We have to play with the perspective in the bigger picture with the anticipation to find a silver lining. The bleak situations are not the end of our lives, despite the troubles, one may always realizes that no predicament is everlasting, and there is a heart of gold beneath the fire of agony. The basic fundamental law is none of us are exempted from experiencing betrayal but positivism may enhance ones wisdom and strength which can be effective as double edged sword against all treachery and infidelity. ‘ET TU BRUTE’ ‘YOU TOO BRUTUS?’

THE MIRACLE OF MORNING RITUALS

NEETU RISHI

Success comes with consistency, Consistency means repetition of particular tasks, Repetition leads to habit formation. In a nutshell, success is dependent on habit formation. We all have a standard routine from waking up in the morning, getting freshen up, having morning tea or coffee, going to the office, having lunch and so on. And we don’t have to remember to follow this pattern because our sub-conscious mind is hard wired with these activities when we repeat them on a daily basis. Similarly, in our lives, when we are desirous to fulfill our goals, we write them down and figure out the ways to achieve them. But to achieve them we need to invest time which is the most critical part of our lives. In spite of being a servant of technology, we tend to lose track of time. Thus our goals get postponed and we ourselves postpone our success. And finally, end up saying that it’s not our cup of tea or it’s impossible. But if we understand the positioning of small habits in our daily routine, we can surely say that Impossible itself says “I’m Possible” To share my personal life experience, I took a challenge to read one book per week but by default, it’s not possible always to be consistent. So I decided to listen to audiobooks. To listen I don’t have to take out a specific time rather I can do it when I go for a walk when I am cooking when I am driving etc. I added this as my morning ritual and now it’s been two years that I am consistently listening to an audiobook with ease every week.

The following reasons convince me always: – 1. Don’t set big habits, start with small ones. “SMALL CHANGES CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE”

If you look into the autobiographies of successful and influential people around the globe, you will find a common difference that they all follow tits bits of habits and fix them in their life routine. Changing a habit can change the complete direction of your life. Even though a small change looks like an ocean in the drop but the importance of a drop is appreciated by the one who is thirsty. If you have the thirst to fly high in your aspirations, be ready for small changes to have a big impact on life. 2. Be consistent in your habits: Any system in this world is successful only when it’s consistent. If you look at the school system, there is a consistency in the schedule for each subject. Though the curriculum looks huge by following a small portion of it every day, it’s easily covered. Tony Robbins said, “It’s not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It’s what we do consistently. 3. Review them regularly If we keep on doing any activity or task in life without measuring its impact it would be directionless. It’s very important to measure them regularly. First measuring it gives you self-motivation because you look yourself coming close to your goals. Secondly, with the course of time, you can improvise and fix the changes that are required by joining the dots of your experiences. 4. Celebrate small achievements: When was the last time you jumped in joy when you received an appreciation email from your boss, or someone called up and said: “Thank you for your love and support”? These things look small but their effect on our mind and soul is powerful. Whenever in life you achieve something, small or big, don’t wait for the others to congratulate you or appreciate you, be the first one to embrace yourself and celebrate it. When you celebrate, endorphins are released inside your body and you feel incredible. 5. Learn from your mistakes: The first rule in a mistake is to accept it, admit it and realize it. The second rule is to review it that what happened wrong. And the final rule is not to cry over it, rather pen it down along with the reason that why it happened. Once you pen it down, you promise yourself not to repeat it. Slowly and steadily when you keep learning these life amazing secrets from your own mistakes, success is guaranteed. So don’t try to find time for your dreams and desire, just give them some space in your daily routines and make a winning routine to win this battle of life and live your purpose. Every drop in the ocean counts, so will your small habits count and be a miracle. Are you ready to have miracles in your life?

To start with, the first aim of the American Revolution was to achieve independence that would open political and economic prosperity to the colonies. To achieve their freedom, the colonials felt a need for foreign assistance. The United States Declaration of Independence day is the pronouncement adopted by the Second Continental Congress meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on July 4, 1776. The Declaration explained why the Thirteen Colonies at war with the Kingdom of Great Britain regarded themselves as thirteen independent sovereign states, no longer under British rule. With the Declaration, these new states took a collective first step toward forming the United States of America. The declaration was signed by representatives from New Hampshire, Massachusetts Bay, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Independence Day of the United States is a federal holiday, commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, by the Continental Congress. It is commonly known as “Happy Fourth of July”.... So, they called Independence Day as 4th of July. Americans come together on July 4 to celebrate the nation’s birthday and Independence Day. On this day, most Americans enjoy grills in their backyards, at beaches, or in parks. Some partake in parades or marches and enjoy the fireworks that are often launched at dusk. HISTORY OF INDEPENDENCE DAY 4TH JULY THE AMERICAN DAY

Although most of us already had this history lesson in school, we probably weren’t really paying attention as the clock ticked closer to recess or the end of the day. But we can’t fully appreciate our freedoms if we don’t know how we got them — and, more importantly, how close we came to losing them. The story of America’s independence is truly fascinating with more historical twists and turns than we can possibly get into here. But at least we can get you started with the basics. Fourth of July Becomes a Federal Holiday The tradition of patriotic celebration became even more widespread after the War of 1812, in which the United States again faced Great Britain. In 1870, the U.S. Congress made July 4th a federal holiday; in 1941, the provision was expanded to grant a paid holiday to all federal employees. Over the years, the political importance of the holiday would decline, but Independence Day remained an important national holiday and a symbol of patriotism. “PEOPLE BELIEVES IN AMERICA BECAUSE THOSE HAVE GREAT DREAMS, AND BECAUSE PEOPLES HAVE OPPORTUNITY TOMAKE THOSE DREAMS COME TRUE”

A prayer that heals, and blesses us with happiness instantly. Just like “how the morning sunrise does not define itself by the last night’s sunset”, adding the rays of gratitude to our morning helps us manifest more in life. Gratitude unshackles us from toxic emotions. Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you’ve been given. Gratitude shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is already present. In addition, behavioral and psychological research has shown the surprising life improvements that can stem from the practice of gratitude. Giving thanks makes people happier and more resilient, it strengthens relationships, it improves health, and it reduces stress. In fact, gratitude may be one of the most overlooked tools that we all have access to every day. Cultivating gratitude doesn’t cost any money and it certainly doesn’t take much time, but the benefits are enormous. Research reveals gratitude can have these seven benefits: ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE TANU VATSA AGGARWAL

01. GRATITUDE OPENS THE

DOOR TOMORE RELATIONSHIPS

Not only does saying “thank you” constitute good manners, but showing appreciation can help you win new friends, according to a 2014 study published in Emotion. The study found that thanking a new acquaintance makes themmore likely to seek an ongoing relationship. So whether you thank a stranger for holding the door or you send a quick thank-you note to that co-worker who helped you with a project, acknowledging other people’s contributions can lead to new opportunities.

02. GRATITUDE IMPROVES PHYSICAL HEALTH

05. GRATEFUL PEOPLE SLEEP BETTER

Writing in a gratitude journal improves sleep, according to a 2011 study published in Applied Psychology: Health and Well-Being. Spend just 15 minutes jotting down a few grateful sentiments before bed, and you may sleep better and longer.

Grateful people experience fewer aches and pains and they report feeling healthier than other people, according to a 2012 study published in Personality and Individual Differences. Not surprisingly, grateful people are also more likely to take care of their health. They exercise more often and are more likely to attend regular check-ups with their doctors, which is likely to contribute to further longevity.

06. GRATITUDE IMPROVES SELFESTEEM

A 2014 study published in the Journal of Applied Sport Psychology found that gratitude increased athlete’s self-esteem, which is an essential component to optimal performance. Other studies have shown that gratitude reduces social comparisons. Rather than becoming resentful toward people who have more money or better jobs – which is a major factor in reduced self-esteem- grateful people are able to appreciate other people’s accomplishments. For years, research has shown gratitude not only reduces stress, but it may also play a major role in overcoming trauma. A 2006 study published in Behavior Research and Therapy found that VietnamWar Veterans with higher levels of gratitude experienced lower rates of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. A 2003 study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology found that gratitude was a major contributor to resilience following the terrorist attacks on September 11. Recognizing all you have to be thankful for – even during the worst times of your life – fosters resilience. We all have the ability and opportunity to cultivate gratitude. Simply take a few moments to focus on all that you have – rather than complain about all the things you think you deserve. Developing an “Attitude of gratitude is one of the simplest ways to improve your satisfaction with life 07. GRATITUDE INCREASES MENTAL STRENGTH

03. GRATITUDE IMPROVES PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH

Gratitude reduces a multitude of toxic emotions, ranging from envy and resentment to frustration and regret. Robert A. Emmons, Ph.D., a leading gratitude researcher, has conducted multiple studies on the link between gratitude and well-being. His research confirms that gratitude effectively increases happiness and reduces depression.

04. GRATITUDE ENHANCES EMPATHY AND REDUCES AGGRESSION

Grateful people are more likely to behave in a prosocial manner, even when others behave less kind. Study shows that participants who practiced gratitude were less likely to retaliate against others, even when given negative feedback. They experienced more sensitivity and empathy toward other people and a decreased desire to seek revenge.
