C antonese cuisine tastes fresh & mild, letting the natural flavours speak for themselves. Only a modest amount of spices and seasoning are used to not overwhelm the primary ingredients. High-end local produce is at the forefront which will highlight and emphasise the original taste and preserve their natural flavours.
