Description Now with new Gen2 versions of our widely used and respected B - LED range of LEDs for Signs modules. We ’ ve shortened the chain lengths of our classic cool white B - LED221CW and B - LED321CW modules to comprise 30 per pack instead of 50 making them easier to use and with less waste, more economical too!

The tiny B - LED121 remains unchanged with 50 modules per chain and three chains in a pack of 150 modules.

Modules include high brightness, low energy and long - life (Epistar 2835 SMD) LEDs behind broad - beam lenses all encapsulated by a dust and weatherproof module.

Design Guide Module to module spacing guide for illuminated area per sq metre at a range of return depths shown and rounded to the nearest module. Tested for uniformity and perceived brightness (luminance in candelas per square metre cd/m 2 ) using Amari 5mm opal acrylic with 53% light transmission on a lightbox with matt white painted interior. Actual results may vary.

Description

M - LED Nano 3 is a chain LED lighting system for shallow and narrow slim built - up letters, flat - cut letters and other sign lighting applications.

Each tiny module (only 18mm long and 5mm high) comprises three bright Epistar 3014 chip SMD LEDs mounted on a heat dissipating aluminium PCB all under a domed, light diffusing cover and encapsulated by a dust and water resistant ABS module.

Modules have a peel - off, self - adhesive backing for fast installation.

M - LED Nano 3 modules are also arranged closer together along the chain than usual (at 50mm intervals) making these ideal for narrow stroke width letters with shallow returns.

20pcs modules are supplied in one 1 metre long chain and one pack of M - LED Nano 3 consists of 100pcs modules.

Description

M - LED 912 is a chain LED lighting system for built - up letters, flat - cut letters and other sign lighting applications.

With its low profile domed lens a remarkably wide 160° beam angle is produced making M - LED 912 ideal for a bright and uniformly lit appearance in built - up letters and sign boxes with shallow returns from just 40mm. This wide beam angle also has the benefit of reducing the number of modules and therefore cost, power consump- tion, CO 2 footprint and installation time when compared to a 120° or narrower beam angle module. Two high quality and high brightness LEDs are encapsulated in a dust and water resistant module. M - LED 913 is a chain LED lighting system for built - up letters, flat - cut letters and other sign lighting applica- tions. Description

M - LED 904 is a chain LED lighting system for large size built - up letters, medium and large size sign box- es and other sign lighting applications. With its quadruple low profile domed lenses and bright LEDs, a remarkably wide 160° beam angle is produced making M - LED 904 ideal for a bright and uniformly lit appearance in built - up letters with a wide stroke width and returns from 100mm deep. Four high quality and high brightness LEDs pro- duce a remarkable 140 lumens and are encapsu- lated in a dust and water resistant module. Each module has a peel - off, self - adhesive backing and two screw fixing point for a fast and secure in- stallation.

One pack of M - LED 904 consists of 50 modules in two chains of 25 supplied in an anti static foil bag.

Description M - LED 922 is a chain LED lighting system for built - up letters, flat - cut letters and other sign lighting applications. With its low profile domed lens a remarkably wide 160° beam angle is produced making M - LED 922 ideal for a bright and uniformly lit appearance in built - up letters and sign boxes.

This wide beam angle also has the benefit of reducing the number of modules and therefore cost, power consumption, CO 2 footprint and installation time when compared to a narrower beam angle module.

Two high quality and high brightness LEDs are encapsulated in a dust and water resistant module. Each module has a peel - off, self - adhesive VHB backing and two screw fixing points for fast and secure installation.

One pack of M - LED 922 consists of 50 modules in a 6.5 metre long chain.

Each module features a state of the art LG 3535 LED behind a light controlling lens and above a faceted, parabolic - type reflector system which together distribute light in a super wide shaped beam ideal for flex - faced and acrylic faced sign boxes.

Use from only four modules and 8.2 Watts per 1 sq. metre and just one 95% efficient LED driver for up to 33 sq. metres of sign.
