RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
SHORTAGE, DAMAGE & MISSHIPMENT CLAIMS Shortage claims must be made within ten business days after receipt of shipment. Please inspect the package thoroughly and report any damage before you sign for it. Discuss damages with the carrier as soon as possible. To establish a claim on goods improperly shipped or damaged, you must notify GRS within five days after receipt of the goods. After five days, notifications will be treated as normal returns.

NON-GRS® PRODUCT WARRANTY Non-Glendo/GRS manufactured (vendor supplied) items are warranted by the original manufacturer. From date of purchase: NSK products: 90 days Silentaire Compressors: 1 yr California Air Compressors: 1 yr Fluorescent Ring Lights: 1 yr
RETURNS All products purchased directly from Glendo LLC can be returned for a full refund of their purchase price if received in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Returns after 30 days but within 6 months of purchase may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns after 6 months are generally not accepted. Before shipping any returns, please contact Glendo LLC for a Return Authorization (RA) number, which simplifies this process.
GRS manufactured products are warranted for two (2) full years against defects in material and workmanship. Any such defect will be repaired by Glendo once the item is sent prepaid freight to Glendo in Emporia, Kansas. After servicing, Glendo will pay ground freight charges to the customer’s address. Shipping damage, abuse, and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Customers must call to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any item. For items not purchased directly from Glendo LLC, contact your selling dealer.
