FOCUS The unit instruments are centrally placed over the chest of the patient. You and the dental assistant have the instruments within the peri pheral field of vision. XO Instant View – an automatic and efficient chip blow – dries the work area each time the instrument stops. This significantly reduces the number of changes from a dynamic instrument to the syringe. You obtain better visual control and more focus on the task at hand. OPTIMAL XO 4’s unique instru- ment control system allows you – hands free – to set all instrument parameters exactly the way you want. For each individual unit instru- ment you adjust e.g. speed range, spray selection and, as a unique feature, the amount of spray water. While performing in- traoral dental proce- dures applying the right amount of spray water is essential. Too little – and you risk necrosis – too much and you may have difficulties seeing. XO 4 Worksta- tion is equipped with a state of the art propor- tional water valve – that allows you – hands free – to always select the optimal amount of spray water.

OPTIMAL Work with XO Instrument Programs on your XO 4-6 workstation. An instrument program is a named setup of all relevant instrument parameters for a unit instrument (e.g. speed range, speed curve, contra angle, bur, torque, spray selection, amount of spray water and XO Instant View chip blow enabled/disabled). Use the preconfigured programs or create your own. Special programs for endodontic treatments and bone surgery are available. Change program hands free with just two clicks on the foot control.

OPTIMAL XO Osseo is a two-phase brush- less motor with a high torque for bone surgery and preparation for implants. The motor can therefore be used continuously without overheating; it never blocks and requires no maintenance. The motor is also suited for root canal preparation with a reciproc- ating movement of the file (XO NiTiSafe). XO Osseo is easily fitted on your XO 4-6 workstation without using any tools. Just replace the stan dard micro motor with XO Osseo. XO Peristaltic Pump supplies irrigation liquid – an option for you who want to work with sterile saline or antimicrobials.

Der XO Osseo ist ein bürstenloser Zweiphasenmotor mit einem hohen Drehmoment für den Einsatz in der Knochen- und Implantatchirurgie. Er kann ohne zu überhitzen oder zu blockieren dauerhaft eingesetzt werden und ist wartungsfrei. XO Osseo est un moteur biphasé sans charbons avec un couple élevé, il est destiné à la chirurgie osseuse et implantaire. SAFE With XO 4 you avoid cross contamination. You manage all unit and chair functions – hands free – with the foot control. Everything that you and the dental assistant touch during treatment can be detached and disinfected or autoclaved. All surfaces are extreme- ly smooth and easy to clean and disinfect. Most painted surfaces are treated with an inno- vative antibacterial paint.
