In order to ma- ke these experiences even more affordable, we’ve introduced direct services to Brač and Alicante this summer, bringing some of the most beautiful Medi- terranean spots closer to Serbia than ever before. si među ljudima. To me je najviše zani- malo. Mislim da publika danas više ne traži savršene heroje. Ljudi žele liko- ve koji greše, koji sumnjaju u sebe, koji pokušavaju da pronađu balans između posla i privatnog života. Don Hart je upravo takav čovek. On je snažan kada je to potrebno, ali nosi mnogo unutraš- njih konflikata. I mislim da ga upravo ta kombinacija čini zanimljivim. Vaš novi lik je bivši rodeo jahač i lider spasilačke jedinice. Koliko vam je bilo važno da razumete taj mentalitet američkog Juga? – Nešvil ima specifičnu energiju. To nije Los Anđeles. Ljudi drugačije raz- govaraju, drugačije posmatraju porodi- cu, čast i odgovornost. Hteo sam da ra- zumem taj svet pre nego što počnem da ga igram. Rodeo kultura, posebno, nosi nešto veoma američko u sebi, ide- ju izdržljivosti i ponosa, ali i određene usamljenosti. Kalen je bio veoma intenzi- van lik. Stalno je živeo negde izme- đu opasnosti i paranoje. Ali mislim da svaki glumac u jednom trenutku po- želi da izađe iz zone komfora. Nisam želeo da ponavljam istu stvar. „911: Nešvil“ mi je dao priliku da istražim drugačiju vrstu heroja. Manje tajnog agenta, a više čoveka koji pokušava da zaštiti zajednicu i porodicu. I to mi je bilo osvežavajuće.
V rhunac je u Holivudu doživeo devedesetih. Lep i talentovan, blistao je pored Ala Pać ina u fil- mu „Miris žene“, oduše- vio u „Stvarima koje nikada ne umiru“, bio u užem izboru za ulogu Džeka u „Ti- taniku“ i partnera Vila Smita u „Ljudima u crnom“. Onda je usledilo zatišje u ko- jem se okrenuo porodici (ima petoro de- ce) i otvorio piceriju u kojoj je čak radio i kao dostavljač! Vratio se ipak na male ekrane i go- dinama bio jedno od zaštitnih lica te- levizijske akcione drame kroz seriju „Mornarički istražitelji: Los Anđeles“, gde je kao specijalni agent balansirao između tajnih operacija, ličnih trau- ma i lojalnosti timu. Danas, Kris O’Do- nel ulazi u novo poglavlje karijere kroz seriju „911: Nešvil“, koja se emituje na kanalu „Star life“, donoseći priču o spa- silačkoj jedinici u srcu Tenesija, gde pri-
rodne katastrofe, porodične tajne i sva- kodnevni rizici postaju deo života. Ovog puta O’Donel tumači Donal- da „Dona“ Harta, veterana vatrogasne službe i bivšeg rodeo jahača, čoveka ko- ji pokušava da održi ravnotežu izme- đu liderske odgovornosti i komplikova- nih odnosa unutar sopstvene porodice. U razgovoru za „Elevejt“ glumac govori o tome kako su se promenili televizijski heroji, zašto ga danas više zanimaju ra- njivi likovi nego akcioni stereotipi i ka- ko izgleda prelazak iz sveta tajnih age- nata u svet vatrogasaca i spasilaca. Posle „Mornaričkih istražitelja: Los Anđeles“ ponovo ste u seriji koja kombinuje akciju i emociju. Šta vas je privuklo projektu „911: Nešvil“? – Privukla me je njegova ljudskost. Naravno, serija ima impresivne akcione scene, katastrofe i intenzivnu energi- ju, ali ispod svega toga nalaze se odno-

Mislite li da su se televizijski heroji promenili poslednjih godina? – Apsolutno. Nekada su heroji bili gotovo nedodirljivi. Uvek su znali šta rade, retko pokazivali slabost. Danas publika želi autentičnost. Ljudi žele da vide nekoga ko može da bude hrabar, ali i uplašen. Mislim da je to zdravija slika muškosti nego ranije. Don Hart nije čovek koji sve rešava pesnicama ili velikim govorima. Ponekad ćuti. Po- nekad pogreši. Ponekad ne zna šta da uradi. I upravo ga to čini stvarnim. Serija se mnogo bavi porodičnim odnosima. Koliko vam je taj aspekt bio važan? – Mislim da je to srž cele priče. Ka- tastrofe i akcija privlače pažnju, ali ono što ostaje jesu odnosi među ljudi- ma. Don pokušava da bude dobar otac, muž i lider, ali te stvari često dolaze u sukob. I to je veoma realistično. Niko ne uspeva da sve drži pod kontrolom. Posebno me zanima način na koji seri- ja prikazuje porodicu kao nešto kom- plikovano, ali vredno borbe. To mi je bilo veoma blisko. Kako izgleda prelazak iz sveta tajnih agenata u svet vatrogasaca i spasilaca? – Iznenađujuće emotivno. Kod taj- nih agenata postoji određena distan- ca. Oni su obučeni da kriju emoci- je. Vatrogasci i spasioci su drugačiji. Oni rade direktno sa ljudima u najgo- rim trenucima njihovih života. Tu po- stoji mnogo više empatije i neposred- nosti. To menja energiju lika. Don nije čovek koji spasava svet u tajnosti. On je neko ko svakodnevno ulazi u haos da bi pomogao drugima. I to nosi po- sebnu težinu. Serija se dešava u gradu kantri muzike. Koliko je muzika važna za atmosferu? – I te kako. Muzika je praktično deo identiteta serije. Nešvil ima dušu koja dolazi upravo iz muzike. Čak i ka- da ne čujete pesmu, osećate taj ritam grada. Mislim da to daje seriji toplinu koja je razlikuje od drugih procedura- la. Nije sve samo mrak i opasnost. Po- stoji i život između katastrofa.
